I was looking for a product that might be considered "off season" by some. The internet listed this store as having 66 units of the product I was in need of. Being off season they were placed very high up on a rack system in the garden center. The associates went out of their way at the end of a long day to help me make this purchase. It involved a fork lift and additional employees for safety measures. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this store to my friends and neighbors in Northern Michigan.

Very friendly and helpful employee's, if I needed help there's always someone right around the corner, over 20 + years shopping here, for my business and my family and I've not had a negative experience yet, almost always had the products I was shopping for! Especially grateful for their customer service throughout this pandemic with everything going on many employees could stay home and collect unemployment still working if they can (many have sick loved ones or have low immune systems themselves and have to stay home) and I still thank the one's that stay home due to those reasons for not putting themselves/loved ones or customers at risk. This location is always pleasant and helpful and most always has everything you're looking for, looking forward to shopping here my the next 20+ years thank you Home Depot of Gaylord, MI

When I made my trip to the store I was in a hurry the instant that a very nice associate noticed that I was confused about where the items that I wanted were she stopped what she was doing and took me to the items that I was looking for even before I asked for her help. With her doing that it cut my time in the store by far more than half.

Ann was so very helpful and a very pleasant experience.

Bit difficult to get to the right person needed to help by phone. However, once I was connected to the right person they were extremely helpful and assisted me in getting exactly what I needed. Problem was the store did not have sufficient supply of item I was looking for and it had to be ordered, once I was connected to the right person versus voice mail everything was great!

Bob in Appliances and Ryan in management make it worth the hour drive from my home town! ( which has its own HD) Great Employees make all the difference in the world!!!!!

Store Managers from all facilities in Northern Michigan do not take my word for it, visit this store incognito and experience how so many attendants of this store approach you and ask if they could be of any assistance to you. Observe how clean the store is. How well the shelves are stocked AND how neat the items are displayed. Not many stores care what their shelves look like. Not so for the Gaylord, Michigan store. The folks here are neighbors that we might run into at the grocery store and treat us as such. It doesn't appear that these folks look upon what they are doing as strictly a JOB. They provide a service very much like the nurse at the hospital or the technician at the dentist's office. This is the BEST run Home Depot that I have visited since Arthur Blank start the business what seems like a hundred years ago (that's a joke!). Seriously, this store is THE best.

Ryan at Home Depot is so helpful. We will always look for him to assist us in any needs.

I would like to see more gas ranges in moderate price range.

Excellent customer service every time.

The store was was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially our cashier Emma. She’s wonderful! The only complaint I had was on how many customers I saw roaming around not wearing masks. If this is a requirement then why is this store not enforcing it to create a safe environment for their customers and staff?

Dishwasher quit on Christmas Day , the day after I went and purchased a new one and was impressed with inventory and service in Gaylord Mi location!

shopped in a couple dept. NO help.. employees were talking, didn't bother to ask if they could help. walked around and waited 20 minutes in cabinets for some help, NOTHING!!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying a new refrigerator. We were frustrated after waiting 5 months to get delivery from another retailer and finally cancelling our order when they told the truth about not knowing when our order would be available. We found what we wanted online at Home Depot, called the store to place the order and spoke to a person who absolutely WOWed us with great service. Jen took exceptional care of us through the whole process. It became "a whole process" when it turned out that we needed to change the delivery date. Jen took care of everything, including calling back twice, each time when she said she would, to keep us informed as to her progress. We got delivery today, just like we needed. Even the delivery folks were pleasant to deal with. Jen was exceptional... above and beyond the call. THANKS JEN !!
