All of the staff was so friendly. One really stood out. Terree! He always has a smile. He always says hello and asked what he can do. The big thing is when he is not helping customers he is cleaning/ sweeping/ staging appropriate carts in aisles (but never in the way). When I was buying a shower stall, I was concerned that the box on the bottom shelf was opened. He reasured me that if any problems please come back , but more importantly he offered to get the one off the top shelf just for my Pease of mind .

Home Depot partners with FEWA for propane water heater install. The experience has been a huge waste of time and still no hot water. The technician was not able to communicate when asked simple questions, The Rheem unit is defective and waiting on a part. Maybe the technician broke something installing it. The paper work was not filed properly, Lot of wasted time on phone calls to try get it done. Still waiting.

Before I even found what I was looking for in the deck screw aisle I was being associated and pointed into the right direction with no fuss or friction at all I was so grateful for that and I appreciate the friendliness the help with the scanner at the end and the self checkout because I have to admit I am I going to that I don't do it enough to be good at it I'm the two employees that assisted me went above and beyond to help me out I was not doing well and before it was even a me to ask them for help they were there assisting me and coaching me along and it was a great experience I'm really glad that they were there for me and that

If your looking for inexpensive tools for you next DIY project..... this store has you covered. I was able to get paint, glue and extra wood ( which was cut instore for me) all the goodies I needed to completed my weekends DIY kitchen project.

My wife and I was shopping for an freezer. Deborah took time to find out what we needed and showed us different ones. She did not rush us in decision making.

Bought a dishwasher off sales floor got it home realized it had been return minus some parts. Returned it the store manger even though he was going to lunch stopped and took fantastic care of us made sure we got another dishwasher to be delivered. He was truly fantastic.

I like this company better than the competition for product mix and availability, plus the staff members are knowledgeable about the departments they work in. The store is clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
