I spend SO MUCH TIME at this Home Depot. In addition to finding just about everything I need, the employees are genuine, very helpful, and always greet you with a smile on their faces.

Was very happy to see Larry again who was so helpful last time. He also was a big help this time as well.

This store is particularly VERY helpful. The minute you walk in the door, you are welcomed and asked if you need any help. They don't pester you either. But they are there if you need them. I like that. There is nothing worse than being pestered when you are looking for something. They are very helpful and could teach the local Lowes how to do great customer service.

The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Marty was especially helpful in helping me pick out a new sliding glass door and walking me through the process of installation and service fees. I’m very pleased with my experience at this Home Depot.

The store is conveniently located just off the highway. The customer service provided is excellent! If you are looking for something, they will often walk you to the item. You don't see that often done very often anymore at department stores.

My experience today was nothing less than superb. We were greeted upon entry to the store where the woman, I don't remember her name, took time to find some answers to my questions and then took the time to take us to the odd location in the store. We were there on 12/13/19 @ 2:18 PM. Then, the attendant in Electrical answered questions and took time to help. He was very busy assisting other customers but listening to his interaction with others, it was pleasurable to wait the few minutes. Cashier Jean was simply amazing. She should train all your cashiers. She has what it takes to make your customers experience a Happy one. Once we were leaving, a Home Service employee, again, I don't remember her name, asked all questions about our experience. Home Depot, East Haven, Connecticut has the recipe in doing it the way it should. I want to personally thank all at the store and especially those whom I came in contact with. You made my experience a really pleasant and Happy one. Spread your recipe to all Home Depot's . Merry Christmas to all.

Not a good place to buy EGO battery powered products. Inventory is not accurate, employees cannot find product easily. Product delivered is not product ordered. And eventual correct product is delivered with two year old batteries.

Employees didn't know where to find the product I wanted, so I didn't get out of the store for nearly an hour. Then when I got the product home, I unwrapped the (taped-up) box to find several critical components missing. I had to return to the store for a replacement product.

Whenever I am looking for products for my next home project I know I can go there to get the right supplies and any information I need to get it done. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and always able to assist with help or any questions I may have.

I find the East Haven Home Depot imanagement team and the sales associates to be the friendliest out of all the Home Depot’s that I visit. It is a well run store. Every time I need something I find it at Home Depot. The prices are reasonable and I always have a good experience when I visit Home Depot. One more thing I find the sales associates go out of their way with knowledge that I need sometimes in the electrical plumbing and carpentry departments.

Visited this store on 11/17/19 to purchase new locks for our doors. Dave helped us right away, was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Very pleased with his assistance in helping with the selection. Store was clean and well organized. Cashier, Timothy, was also very friendly. Very good experience in visiting this store.

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I visited this Home Depot location a few times due to the fact that I just moved in the neighborhood, and every visit was a horrible experience trying to get someone to help me. This particular time I had one simple question that took an hour to get answered. Highly disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. It’s so unfortunate that I have such discomfort shopping in this store again when it’s so close to my home. However, to be treated better I’m willing to commute to either another location, or their competitors.

Christina, one of the assistant managers, displayed an extreme level of customer service during my last visit. I had quite a complicated order and was trying to use coupons as well. Christina and Justin showed superb patience and customer appreciation.

very dirty store, crappy customer service, employees did not ask me if i needed help, things i want are never on the shelves, management is clueless bill had an attitude with me because i had problems with how he runs the store.

Typical East Haven attitudes . Just like the rest of the town. Always thinking they are better then everyone else. Your Turds stunk too !

Overall, the excellent customer service by store employees is really what makes this store terrific. When I could not locate the replacement string for a weed wacker the employee who helped found it immediately with alacrity!

Associate, Jonathan in hardware helped this 69 yr old lady find grout, paint and coping saw quickly...a very kind, respectful young man

Friendly associates! I was 1500 + miles from home and by the time I left they all recognized me, lol!
