Having caring and nice employee like Aneidy is what makes this location a good store.

nobody could seemingly locate the item in store even though everyone agreed there were 6 in stock and everyone agreed that if I ordered for store pick up it would somehow be found. Makes no sense. Did anyone actually look?

The manager of the Customer Service department was very conscious of both covid requirements and speed of service. The employee who helped me with the return was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible online pickup. Should have been an in and out process. I left after 30 minutes without my product which was later credited back to my card. Employees were rude The customer service desk was staffed by one person. Same with online pickup. There has to be an uptick in demand for people looking to avoid shopping in store. This store was inadequately prepared that day to deal with the demand.

After driving 20-25 minutes one way to this Home Depot because its website said they had twenty-three of the product I was seeking I find that the item is nowhere to be found in the store. Two associates helped me look to no avail. Totally wasted time in store during Covid 19 times no less. If you can't accurately list your in stock items then don't bother running a website. Avoid this Home Depot.

I was inundated by walking pop ups advertising sevices to be that I don’t need. I was at the store to look for asiecific item, not be inundated by sales people.

The store was clean and all products we needed were in stock.

This store was very friendly and helpful. The appliance section man was efficient and patient with my questions. Everyone was in compliance with COVID protocols so I felt safe. I will definitely go back to this East Haven store!

I would give 5 star but nothing is perfect. This Home Depot is close to it. Very customer oriented with great service

For the safety of both customers and employees Home Depot NEEDS to ENCOURAGE/ANNOUNCE Covid 19 Virus Health/Safety guidelines. Home Depot needs to make periodic announcements regarding following the posted signs and arrows (MAKE MORE VISIBLE) located throughout their stores.

Pleasant workers and great experience every time I shop in this location.

Many projects were accomplished by the great people at this store. From the hardware floor, to the carpeting that was put down, everyone has been so helpful and willing to help us. Great team!!

Horrible customer service. The associates,and the lumber manager would not help us even thou I was in a boot ( fractured foot) and my boyfriend knee brace bad knee. Flooring wouldn't help load tile. Over all bad experience and hope Home depot hires some new associates that will work and do their job.

Clean and well organized store, with good availability and all items listed as in stock on the website available in the store. Extremely polite staff willing to go the the extra yard to help the customer! Special kudos to Doug and Jonathon without whose help we couldn't have purchased the needed item!

I gave you five star rating due to the fact that one the MOD Shawn is on duty is a totally different climate. The associates what he’s in charge Seem More eager and upbeat in there duties That’s a reflection of the person who’s in charge. He also has an uncanny Ability for problem-solving I believe it will be in the best interest of corporate Home Depot to consider Shawn as the manager of a store he needs to be promoted When an opening occurs

Would be nice to have cashiers available to check out customers. Self checkout should be an option not the only choice.

Shopping at the Home Depot store in East Haven is very enjoyable. The service is professional, the associates are friendly and helpful they know what they are talking about. You feel safe with the epidemic, shopping there, signs are up and associates are all wearing masks. If you have a problem, they are there to listen and help resolve the matter. I highly recommend shopping at Home Depot (East Haven Ct)

The store was clean and when I cant find something I ask and salespeople are very good at finding things-try finding wooden clothespins which I recently bought and the person helping me didnt stop til they were found and believe me they were not easy to locate.

Rotten attitudes from in aisle Associstes to front line cashiers. Now we have to check out ourselves. What now we are all cashiers at Home Depot ? Miserable people work here. No problem I’ll go elsewhere . 35 million people out of work , someone will gladly do your job. No smiles no conversation nothing. No “thank you” we pay your salary by shopping there. Get that right. The whole store should be fired and replaced. I’m contacting corporate.

I shop mostly every day. The acting store manager Shawn Quinn is amazing. He has been left in charge while the manager is away. Are used to work for Home Depot So I decided to do a walk. The store was in the best shape I ever seen it organized and clean. The one noticeable thing was the outside apron and surrounding area it’s usually messy but it’s absolutely clean no garbage cigarettes around nails or anything else. Shawn is doing an amazing job And he needs recognition besides his personality is absolutely amazing with not only the customers but the employees. I would like Shawn to be recognized for the amazing job he is doing well the store manager is away on business. That’s a great responsibility and when someone’s left in charge the store should be equal to when he leftOr much better. The store is definitely better than it was a week and a half ago. Received great service from Miguel Hernandez Rodriguez Jr. at the East Haven Home Depot. Very professional, courteous and attentive.

Employees like Josh ortiz's will make your business great thank you for the opportunity to meeti with him. You guys are very helpful and save me a lot of time thank you You still was pretty easy to breeze right through due to the fact that it was clean Space hole at full of stock

Associates went above and beyond my expectations to help to get the things I needed in a quick and efficient manner.

The store was very clean and organized. The cashier and her supervisor ( Jessica) were very friendly and helpful. Staff were helpful in locating items needed. Live equal distance from North Haven and Hamden stores but will definitely continue to shop in East Haven.

This location has wonderful and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to ensure each customers leaves the store with not only what they came for, but knowledge about it. Eka in the paint department and Travosz in the flooring department are absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for your helpfulness.

This is my home store. I find its typically stocked to carry what I need or a suitable alternative. The staff is courteousness and friendly. You can find help inside as well as Saturday crafts for your kids.

They are always friendly when I ask to be direct to the location I need to go.
