the cashier was very rude and does not honor veteran discounts.

I usually do self check out to avoid employees being rude . And yet still happend at self check out hahaha !!!!!!

Cashier named Abigail was extremely rude! Dont ever tell a customer not to get mad because they nod their head at the frustration of your performance! Take some customer service training!

I went in looking for an appliance of certain stature and size. I couldn't find it so the young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable, polite and very concern that I find what I was looking for, A certain size refrigerator, and she searched and found exactly what I wanted. She is extraordinarily very people minded and seems to be proud of her work.

The only reson I come here now is because I move a block away. And lowes is now to far for quick things. Anything larger than a few bucks I go to lowes. I made that mistake today. I got 500 bucks worth of things and I paid for it .

Abigail greeted me as I walked into the store. She was very kind, polite and professional.

Prices are so much lower than the competitors and it’s so much cleaner in there! I like the fact that when we entered an asked a question we didn’t have to have someone be paged in order for the question to be answered! The place was very clean and the prices were very low! We will come back

I’m grateful when you offer a veterans discount but your inconsistency with who qualifies for the discount makes me look like a looser when I ask for it. Either you offer a discount or you don’t. Consistency is key.

Many times you have to return things that you but by mistake and loose receipt .I ordered something on line by mistake with a home project and threw away my receipt. Then cashier SANDRA made it pain free thru the whole process and went out of her way to help me. SANDRA was very professional and provided me with exemplary genuine customer service...

The entire store had so much to choose from. I wanted to really look around, however; buying appliances was my top priority. The lady associate was able to answer my questions. I ordered my dishwasher & clothes washer based on her own experiences and purchases of appliances.
