On this visit I did not need assistance as I knew where the product was located. On other occasions store associates were friendly and helpful. The products I have purchased have been good quality. The store is always clean and organized.

Very Military friendly, and have superb knowledge on appliances I needed to purchase. Customer support is by far better than the other local stores.

Once again I was given awesome service because, my shopping is made so easier with certain employees that genuine care for their customers and willing to help you out and recommend what is best for your project or what you need. Like one employee Jessica G goes out of her way to educate you on certain things and takes the time to explain things and not rush it. Jessica has helped me on several occasions and SHE IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE SHE GENUINE CARES, PROVIDES EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALWAYS.

I was in need of a stove and went to Home Depot by Zaragoza and Joe Battle, so I needed assistance on the sales and information. Then I was given great outstanding exemplary customer genuine caring service. Assistance by staff member VICKY in the appliance department and helped me with the oven I needed information so I can decide of buying it. I did purchase the oven that was Special Purchase model # JGB735SPSS. VICKY is sure a great asset to your company. THIS WAS A GREAT DEAL AND VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. !!

The associate took the tine to listen to what exactly I needed to cap a waterline and explained how the job is done. Followed his instructions and everything was very simple after that.

On Aug 01, 2020 My husband and I entered this Home Depot for the first time ever. I am looking to remodel a property and I need a lot of stuff. We needed a dishwasher, vanity, toilet, tile, paint, gardening tools, hoses, bushes, shrubs, fertilizer, area mats, etc... We got the floor model dishwasher and this lady started with us and then pushed us off to this guy and then in the middle of it all he disappeared and we would later find out he went to lunch. We loaded the thing by ourselves and went on to flooring. We waited and waited and finally I was fed up and told a young lady to get us a manager. A Hispanic manager (Fantastic humble man) came over and he got a young man to help us out and $2000.00 later we were checking out. It was decided that landscaping needed to be done and a bathroom was be torn out. So we headed back to the store to get the vanity, toilet, yard stuff and more tile. We split up to get things moving along and I got the vanity, when I got to my husband he was still standing there waiting. I went and found a girl who left me standing there until she realized I was not going away. She paced here and there and she saw someone with my husband so she dropped what she was doing with me and said it looked like my husband had found someone to help him. NOPE!! This kid talked to my husband but would later disappear. The store would be closing now in 30 min. I told him, well lets call the store and ask for a manager like we did last time. He arrived with 4 associates and they looked and looked for these 2 pallets of tile. No luck, so they called the West side store and had a visual on the tile so the manager arranged that someone would go get it and I would arrive the next day to pick it up. So we sat down and paid for the tile and the vanity and we went home. Early the next morning we get an automatic text from Home Depot that we need to call the store. So my husband calls the store and encounters this rude female manager. She has no idea what is going on so she canceled the order? WHAT!?!?! So we are upset and confused and this lady looses her composure on him because she says he is being rude. Well if you had been through all that we have been through with this store since August 1st you would be at your wits end too. So after this phone call Mr. Levy contacts my husband and tells him that he should not have worried because he told us that he would have the tile there. But what are we suppose to think when we get a message early in the morning and then you call and no one knows what they are doing. About 4 hours later I receive a phone call from Home Depot, and once again I am being told to call the store because there is an issue with the order. I call the store and once again no one knows what is going on. It is a 45 min drive to the east side store and this kid tells me to just come and they will try to figure out what is happening. The only reason I decided to go is because Mr. Levy told my husband earlier in the day that he promised it would be there. So I arrived and a wonderful young man in the parking lot helped me (Aaron). He told me that I would have to go into the store to pay for the tile. I told him but I already did that last night. He said there was a problem and I needed to go back in. Well that totally defeats the curb side pick up convenience. So I go inside and I ask the clerk why do I have to pay again? She has no idea, as I present her with my receipt to show that I paid last night. She turns to ask someone about it and she was told that a manager had canceled the order and my payment in the morning. Now I have to repay for the tile. Well what if I had maxed out my card and had no more money to pay for this a second time? The credit might not hit my card for 2 or 3 days. So your miscommunication has cost me stress all day. First a text message to call the store because there is an issue, Phone call do not come in, call the store, and lastly cancel my payment from last night and now repay. On and On it went. The employees here do not smile, are disinterested, hide when they see you coming, talking to friends down isles, pass you on from one person to another. I think that someone sitting in an office in upper management should come pay an unannounced visit to this store. Dress like a customer and just walk around and see how awful a person is treated. Go to different areas of the store and ask for help and see what happens. Unannounced visits like this use to happen at the bank I worked for, for 15 years. Customer Service was number 1 above all else. Even if it was not your job, make it your job. You stay with that client until their issue was resolved. Everyday was Disneyland and it was our job to make sure our people felt that way. I was only able to get assistance on both occasions when I involved a manager - this is shameful. I did not find the products that I needed because the employees could not find it either. There where 3 individuals who helped me (Manager Mr. Levy, Associate Aaron at curb side pick up, and another Associate who helped me load the vanity. I did not get his name, but thank you). I would say the store was clean. Most of your associates were not friendly or helpful. Like I said, they discounted my presence, handed us off from one person to another and then that person disappeared. Shameful that managers had to be called over in two of my visits to this store. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was due negligence to my husband and I. This review could be longer if I pointed out every issue we have had at this store since August 1st. I hope that this review is read and shared all the way to the top ownership of Home Depot.

Worker's are very helpful and we usually get the item's or item we are looking for.

The store is more organized than the other stores and has more selection.

Ordered a fully assembled grill to be delivered and guess what? Yup, received a grill in a box for me to put together. Helue, our cashier, assured us that the grill would arrive fully assembled. Of course, delivery driver had ZERO idea that the grill was supposed to be assembled. Now I have to waste 2 hours of my life putting this grill together.

They do not give discounts to veterans unless its the 4th of July or Veterans day(?). The rest of my experience is that I do find just about everything I need for my needs at home and Julie, at customer service, was very helpful.

Customer service is terrible. Rude. Unkind. Disrespectful. “Rebecca” at self checkout had absolutely no people skills. When asked a question was unable to answer to customer. Simply moved in front of customer to “try” and solve problem. Not a word. Extremely rude & unhelpful.

THANK GOD STAN WAS THERE AND I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED AND HE ASKED ME QUESTIONS, THEN GUIDED ME ON WHICH POLE WOULD BE BETTER AND EVEN CUT IT FOR ME. HE PROVIDED ME WITH GENUINE CARING PROFESSIONAL EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE SURE IS A HUGE GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY LIKE NO OTHER. THIS MAN HAS HELPED ME IN THE PAST AND SAME CARING EXEMPLARY EXPERIENCE I GOT.

Joey, The associate in the light bulb department, went above and beyond today to help us find a specific bulb (yellow bug) that wasn't on the shelf. He helped us look, and we weren't able to find it. We thanked him, and went about the store for other things. Joey found us elsewhere in the store to tell us he located the bulbs and how many did we need (2), and brought them to us. We were so impressed that he cared enough to locate two light bulbs for a customer. Thank you Joey!

I prefer visiting this big box vs the other store. There’s always plenty in stock for comparison shopping.

We just recently purchased appliances at Home Depot and saved over $800 compared to similar stores in El Paso. We are very satisfied.

Customer Service is always great. Store is always clean. Products are easy to find.
