Place is great never had a bad experience ever.

Greg was so helpful today. He helped my boyfriend and I make our project vision come to life! He listened to our ideas, helped us come up with a plan, and helped us get everything that we needed!

The West Ashley store is my go to store for my home and business. Very seldom do I have to go to the on line store to purchase because they have good stock at all times. The staff is always friendly and helpful and ready to assist at a moment's notice is I'm looking for a new product. I will always patronize this store.

This store #1118 is NOT EAST Charleston, it is WEST of the Ashley. I keep telling them that! We can usually get what we need here. The employees are usually helpful.

The store associates are friendly professional and it is a clean store but ........ the assistance after the purchase is not acceptable.

The store is conveniently located in West Ashley and has had helpful staff in my 10 years visiting this location.

Very hard to find help in this store. Most of the time no cashiers are working. Self checkout is a real pain. They received major tax breaks as a corporation and should hire some people with that money to work cash registers.

Always have a great supply. All sales associates are always helpful and friendly!

1) Items frequently out of stock or not shelved. Today I wanted to purchase treated 1x6 lumber, only to find one single board in stock! 2) Pallets often in isles, blocking access, while clerks stock product during prime business hours instead of helping customers. Why? 3) Staffing level rarely seems correct... I've been in the paint department on a Friday afternoon and it was staffed by one person. Waited 45 minutes to complete transaction. Similar experiences when seek help locating products. I'm a long-time Home Depot customer and had always enjoyed visiting their stores until moving to Charleston. A new store just opened in Mount Pleasant and based on my first couple visits it seems to be better managed than this location.

I am a manager at large Equipment store near by, that I am happy to recommend to the Home Depot in West Ashley if we do not offer what my customers are looking for. I try to model my customer service based on companies such as Home Depot other companies such as USAA. I hold your company in very high regards. There is a competitor across the street from the West Ashley Home Depot that does not have the organization, customer service and easy access to it's employees the WA store does. For this reason I do not feel comfortable recommend this store that I interact with. My home is less than five minutes from your store and the turn access off of Glenn McConnell HW is very easy to access from my direction. That is also one of the reason that I visit your store. The other store requires me to make a turn a light. I am usually a believer is what I enjoy and love to talk about my experiences. Your store is one that I am always happy to mention to friends, family and customers.

ASM Chris does NOT honor home depots "hassle free return policy"; or the on line "be 100%happy with your purchase or we'll take it back. no problem." or "return it fast and easy - just like you bought it" my return was purchased 3 weeks prior, still in the unopened manufacturers packaging. ASM Chris does not treat customers correctly.

I wish you have a Vet discount.

ASM Chris refused a return, purchased 2 weeks prior. product was unopened in manufactures packaging. I was in front of the "1 year no hassle return" sign. ASM Chris claimed the sign said my purchased was excluded. No exclusion listed.

We found what we went to buy but also brought a new 8' x 10' ft rug for our new furniture.

This visit today was my second time ever going to Home Depot. I was helped with looking for an outside timer and a sales associate, I wish I got her name, helped me look for one. Very sweet. And as I was checking out, my cashier Kenyetta, was very sweet and helped me at the register. Signed me up for a store card AND saved me money in doing so. I could not be any happier. So thank you very much for making this trip so great.

Super-friendly cashier, and rapid help when I asked for it. They also had items I was looking for that Lowes didn't carry. Their plant selection is very good.

Bought a deep freezer. Paid for delivery $75.00. Was told it would be delivered to my door. Made sure I told employee several times it was on the 3rd floor. He kept saying it would be at my door. Delivered to the bottom of my stairs. Was told they don’t DO stairs! Called manager- got the so sorry. No clue how me and my wife are Getting it up 3 flights of stairs!

Great experience at check out with Cashier. Very friendly, and completed the check out QUICK. Only four stars as they were out of stock on some items in the lighting department. Luckily, not the items I was looking for.

The staff has some great, stand out employees who will help you find, carry and load and never seem to be put out by it. I would love to see more plants and more affordable garden stuff.

Store is always well stocked with what I need. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
