The first time I came to this store was a month or so ago and I bought a Weber grill that cost nearly a $1000 and everyone was great. Today the supervisor on the front end wouldn’t even honor your own website price. On the site the shop vac is listed as 75.97. I pointed this out to the self checkout lady and then the supervisor walked up, scanned the item and said no it’s 82.97. I showed her my phone which apparently had a different Home Depot location on it and she pointed this out and said that’s at another location and walked off. Rather than argue I made the purchase and when I got home changed the location to the right store and it said 75.97 just like the other store. I’m not sure if I will be back. I know Lowe’s would have honored the price.

All of the employees are exceptionally friendly - particularly to our dog Fitzie! The manager, Josh Soto, is a very competent and efficient manager. Thanks to all at Home Depot who made our recent visit so pleasant!

This store is still not EAST Charleston. I've been trying to beat that into your brain for 20 years now. We are West of the Ashley, West of Downtown, East of the rest of the country but not EAST Charleston.

The paint area personnel are particularly helpful. They listen well, ask proper questions, they are competent and quick.

I went to this location on Tuesday in search of a sprinkler! Unfortunately it was not in the aisle but Jaquaris was so helpful in finding location of sprinkler for me! He had to bring a pallet down from a shelf with the help of R.D, I was blown away with their positive attitudes and helpfulness!

The store was spaceous and not cluttered. Wide selection of products . Pleasant employees.

Understanding the pandemic circumstances, this store were very organized from entering , pick up, exit, parking setup , carts available everywhere... logistic , customer service is an APlus . The little details at this pandemia it’s what make it count ...the helpful HD associates like Deb behind the counter, floor associated David...Clayton, TJ, Victoria in the curbside... Tamara at the exit ... Kevin and others, please give them all my respect and thankful for their help, unlimited attention, kindness.. I’m very thankful for the rapidness and how they managed the clients under the overwhelming circumstances .THANKS TO ALL !!! My best wishes for them and the whole HD family around the world.
