Friendly, knowledgeable staff and ready to help all the time. Quite impressed on how they can memorize the placement of all the different items in the whole building. Clean, organized and manned almost all the time.

we have been customers for a few years now and want to say that this location has a very dangerous parking lot.the store is clean for the most part,but finding someone to help you is a job in it self.they should have people walking around just for customer help.the customer should not have to walk around searching for help in a store this big.(elderly).on our last trip we were in looking around and the few workers we did see just walked right past us even though they knew by looking at us we needed help.maybe ONE employee said good morning as we walked around.in the parking lot you have no security and groups of guys just hanging out under the trees drinking beer etc.(not there to spend money).these spots should be for the customers!! and when we enter the lot this is not what a customer should have to see or contend with.not sure how everyone else may feel but this is how we feel.

The employees are frendly And speak spanish. I would like to see young enployees geting more hours so they dont have to quit.

Very happy with the convenience and helpful staff at this location. Each time I have been in this store I have observed employees assisting customers. The store is clean and has always had the items I require in stock.

Home Depot is stepping up their game. I used to somewhat dread going in, nobody seemed lively as far as staff. You can actually feel the difference in the store and among the staff. And they are more knowledgeable where items are located and very willing to help. Great job!

STORE WOULD NOT HONOR MY SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY WHEN PURCHASING A BAG OF VIGORO LAWN FERTILIZER. SHAME ON YOU.

By far it’s the best Home Depot to shop for. Any problems or DIY projects i go see Avelino at E LV HD.

I’ve lived in this area for over 10 years have spent hundreds of dollars from Christmas trees to hardware has always been my go to store even though I moved a little farther I will continue to shop this store. great place to shop staff always helpful thanks Home Depot on Lamb!!!!!

Rhonda helped my 99 year old father with materials needed for a raised box garden. She helped him from start to finish, answering his questions, measuring items & giving him technical advice on certain things. 5 stars is not enough! Rhonda is a 10 star employee & an asset to your store & company. Customer service like she gave us is such a rarity anymore that I want her to be recognized for it! Thank you Rhonda!!

I would recommend this store only if you get helped by Leslie in kitchens. She’s an employee that knows what she’s talking about and cares about her customers.

After talking to some of the associates I realized they didn’t know what they were talking about and that they didn’t want to help me. Leslie the designer changed that, she went above and beyond, helping me with a smile on her face. The only reason why I’d shop here is because of her!

Ridiculous wait time trying to get someone to cut wood. WE WAITED AN HOUR. Multiple calls for someone to come. We finally find the person and they are busy with using the forklift. Really? No one else is certified to use a forklift or use the machine? When Cristian is finally done we try to get help and apparently it’s more important to put go backs away then help the multiple people who have been waiting to get wood cut. We ended up buying precut wood because the wait was absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Cristian for the great customer service!

My place to go whenever I need something to complete a project or home improvement. Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. As a military veteran, I am thankful to Home Depot for providing military discount to veterans.

I have exclusively used this store for more than a decade. All of the people that I have had the pleasure to deal with have always been courteous and helpful.

Very helpful workers!

The store was pretty clean although a bit cluttered with items being stocked. Some of the items, material, and equipment was difficult to see because I could not see through the shelf at the lower levels and it makes some of the shopping more difficult for individuals like my self to see items setting on the lower levels. Handicap parking is getting more distant from the exits and entrances to the stores ( not just Home Depot)

I know nothing about a lot of stuff. The associates at this store are very helpful and professional providing excellent customer service.
