Went in for paint and mini blinds and everyone was very helpful

Love shopping her but not enough help from employees

This month I've bought several items and everytime I was greeted by friendly staff and each time they were interested n my needs and helped me find everything I needed. Also it's in a great location.

I bought the Weber Grill Genesis 11 at this store and I can say that I could not get a better deal or a better grill.

I love the customer service there Mrs. Christine Yager very good worker helped me with everything I need .

Went here to get odds and ends to fix out tradeshow booth that arrived damaged. All the employees were super helpful and friendly and knew where everything was and cut my lumber right and even picked out good, straight boards. I wish my local Home Depot was this good! The parking lot had a lot of trash, but the experience inside was so much better than I expected!

Every time I shop there, the staff is helpful and courteous.

We have visited this location multiple times, all with the same issue. Staff is unable to verify employees properly and then call me to verify my info. The point of having employees added to a Pro account as purchasers, is to make check out faster, NOT extend time by delaying and having to verify detailed info that is located on the account. Home Depot staff is either not trained properly for this or choose not to follow the procedure to verify basic info. These delays has not only costed me money, but the employee, as both time has been lost. Home Depot will not reimburse that time, as they are not responsible for that. We are as Contractors. If you decide to use Home Depot, DO NOT USE THE EAST LOCATION WITH PRO ACCOUNTS, They are not knowledgeable enough (including the manager K) to be able to process you out, without wasting alot of time.

The store are well stock everything's very well kept, except they don't give 10% military discount, to receive a military discount I need to shop at another home depot store or at Lowels.

Chantell at this location makes my shopping experience top notch. Every time I shop at this store, I see her going above and beyond to help all employees, customers, including myself get what they need and with an amazing attitude. I recently had hernia surgery and without thinking twice she had a couple employees load our purchase into the vehicle and made us feel very welcome. All while helping other customers and making sure they were taken care off in this blazing heat. She never skipped a beat. She must be a manager, and if she isn't she should be because her work ethic is amazing. She is the main reason I come to shop at this Home Depot. Thank you for being the best.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Everett Calzadilla, the flooring associate was professional and knowledgeable about the product. Make the project so much easier to accomplish.

This store was clean, well stocked and had a lovely staff. Julie, the associate who helped me find the tables I was looking for was friendly, helpful and had great energy.

I placed a special and was told that my order was gonna arrive between April 7 or the 10th. Well is April 14 already and have not recieved my order. Went to the store and asked to speak with the store manager, I spoked with some guy named Erike. The store manager by name Michael never came up and talk to me. What a Customer Service.

Great customer service from JULIE. I needed to get something that was out of reach. (She had to get a big ladder to get it.) She opened the supply box just to get me one item. Then afterwards, I needed to get adhesive. She asked me to describe specifically what it was for, so that she could advise what type. She even walked me to the aisle & made a recommendation. She helped me with two items & multiple times over. Thank you for the great customer service.

I found the items that I was going to purchase very easily. The store was very clean and well organized. When I asked for assistance I was immediately helped by the associate in the paint department. All of the personnel in the store were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who is doing any kind of home improvement projects.

I am a handicapped person. I require assistance shopping. My last two visits there has been a young man who has really helped me out. Lifting heavy items for me and loading them up in the truck. His name is JESON. Perfect customer service.
