Great costumer services

The floor workers were very helpful. I bought $229.00 worth of gardening things and when I got to check out asked for Veterans Discount and was told by cashier Joanne Home Depot does not give military discounts...or Veteran Discounts... I asked her "Really"? Because I was shocked... and she assured me that yes indeed they do not give Veterans discount... I commented... Aww that's too bad... I thought everyone gave veterans discount...

If you want excellent service, ask for Scott, he’s the all department specialist. He helped our family with our window treatment selection. Scott is very knowledgeable, patient, professional yet very friendly. Felt like he’s a family member so willing to go out of his way to help us. He truly cares about his customers. Can’t wait to have our blinds installed in our new house. Thank you HomeDepot and most of all thank you Scott !!

Very informative, friendly, fast, and efficient . I bought carpet for a property and was extremely cheaper than lowes and seemed to be much better quality as well . Deff. Going to make this location my go to store .

Received Amazing service at the window treatments department. Scott, your “All Department Associate” was exceptional, great attitude, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It’s rarely you get such an pleasant experience at any home improvement store. Will definitely come back to this Home Depot. Highly recommend. All around 5-Star service.

The Home Depot on lamb and Charleston is an excellent store to shop at great deals on materials and tools and a outstanding staff very knowledgeable helpful and a pleasant to deal with!

This location is convient to my home. I am somewhat bothered by the theft as I get home and find missing parts or items missing from the packaging and have to go back. HD as always exchanged the items. This location is also invaded by undocumentated day labor that often approach my vehicle to help unload in exchange for a tip or solicit for work as you leave property.

I was very impressed with the way you handled the crowd and the way you had the specials spread out so that we could move about. Your employees were great. One even went outside to find me a shopping cart when I couldn’t find one. Very impressed at the fact that you had a hot cocoa and cookies upon entering. Very nice touch. I’ve never seen a store do that. Arlette at the check out was wonderful. The whole experience was excellent for such a busy day.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I needed help in lumber and Steve helped. He found the wood for me and then cut it also. Cashier was also friendly and helpful. They loaded the wood into my car for me. I always have a good experience at this Home Depot.

2nd weekend in a row where the cashier made mistakes. Count your change and check your receipt for mistakes and extra charges.

Was helped today by Jazmine she was so polite and extreamly helpful she would be the reason to go into this store her customer service was amazing!!

Lack of customer service at all employees are not friendly specially at returns and customer service not good enplempl that works on that department I'm not happy for my first time visiting on the store.

Always has everything I need and friendly staff willing to go out of the way to help you it is located at Charleston and lamb Very convenient if you live on the east side and prices are more reasonable than Lowe’s! Thanks Home Depot keep up the good work yours truly (big Rob) on the east side.

This has been my #1 go to store, I was there shopping on day 1.... Over the years the store is great then goes into a nosedive.... But they always get right back up to the EXCELLENT score.... After today's visit it is in another nosedive.... Today on 8/10/2019 I go in for some 2x3 studs, I have worked in retail so I know NOT to bother an employee unless absolutely necessary so after looking at the maybe 20 studs in the bottom shelf, I could NOT use them for the project requirements. I asked one associate for help, he said he would help me after he was done with another customer he was already helping. No problem, until he was walking around NOT helping anyone else... So I ask another associate, this kid did NOT want to help, he kept trying to get me to take warped, cracked and twisted boards..... After the 6th board he gave up, threw the board down into the bottom shelf and said "Fine I will get them down" and walked away... Around 20 minutes later the boards were down, but still strapped... no employees to help... The only good thing about this visit was the cashier Josh... Excellent Customer Service Skills.
