Avelino is a terrific employee and has provided more help then I have ever had in my 7 years of shopping at this location He should definitely be recognized for his superior customer service and viewed as a mentor . He deserves recognition for his work and I hope management does so. As a business owner I know good help is hard to come by. Don't let him slip away unrecognized

Trying to get a copy of this transaction and the cashier said it would send and yet the email never arrives. They are dumbfounded. The store wants your money and then :"get out!".

The staff went beyond my expectations, great products, great customer service and I am a very happy customer. From the front to the customer service desk thank you!!!!!

Easy to navigate, lines were short with enough staff actively helping customers. Really appreciated them helping me find very specific lightbulbs and get checked out quickly.

Store unorganized and dirty, on this trip I encountered and employee at checkout that was rude and condescending.This is not the first time I have had this issue at this store, I only go to this store out of necessity to finish a job, millions of people are out of work and some of the employees act as if it is a privilege to go to this store, I was actually told I could not use my pro account at this store because I didn't buy enough from that store. Customer service shouldn't be contingent on how much money you spend at any particular store. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

Super service by Elfreida as usual. She takes the time to make sure you get the deals and specials that the store offers. Store is clean and has more than usual assistants than usual. Garden center is well stocked with appropriate Summer plants too. This store is great all around.

DO NOT LET CASHIERS CUT SHORT THE CUSTOMERS ABILITY TO ENTER THEIR EMAILS IF THE PROMPTS ASKS THEM FOR THAT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE . WHY NOT OFFER TO RE-RING?

While shopping yesterday, I mistakenly left an item at checkout. I want back today with my receipt to see if they had found it. After first being told by the cashier head that she had no way to know if I was telling the truth or lying, I went to customer service where they did not communicate with me the process or anything else (though she had time to joke with other employees). Customer Service had security call up the cameras from the day/time and, what do you know, their video showed I was telling the truth. They did give me the item, but due to the rudeness from them and the cashier, I asked to speak with the store manager. She listened to my problem, however her apologies were things like, “I apologize, but...” and then gave excuses. I am not sure if she understood my point was that respecting customers might be a good thing. She also questioned my statement that there was the insinuation I was lying from the cashier. The conversation with her was short and it felt like she just wanted to get rid of me. It makes you leave the store feeling like you have done something wrong. My demeanor was calm, non-argumentative, and I didn’t interrupt. There are some amazing people working there; I have spent about $50,000 over the last 18 months and have met some really good employees. But they are the exception, and it’s clear that the manager is not leading by example with regard to treating customers respectfully. I didn’t record these conversations, so feel free not to believe me. But it did happen as I have described. I’m just letting you know so you might consider a different store.

Employee calling out open lanes in a barking harsh voice gives the store a cheap flea market feel. I was in self checkout but a cashier came over, scanned items, did not put anything in a bag, then rudely requested my id. Other customers were self checkout without this harassment, why was I singled out? I'm a gay man and was there with my boyfriend were we singled out out of prejudice? No one wiping down carts and no hand sanitizer made available during this time is very irresponsible.

If you ever have an issue with the store, try to find a manager named Coopie. She is the best; completely solved an issue that almost had me never going to this store again. So, yeah, kinda bad that there was an issue, but this manager went over and above to fix it and keep it from happening again.

I live in las vegas got the past 15.years and I always been a home depot customer but this store have same special touch I loved keeper up special mention to the management there doing a great job there always available for customers that’s tells a lot

I have been shopping at the S. Lamb Blvd location a few times a week for the last several months and every employee I have been in contact with has been very helpful and polite. The store is always clean and well stocked and the store manger Jose is always polite, hardworking and says hi to us every time we see him in passing. We have had many special orders we had to place and he and the other customer service staff have just been excellent. Truly amazing customer service experience and I’ve appreciated their help during our remodeling.
