Hi, I would like Home Depot Management to denounce the Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and the the Georgia Legislators for their passing voter suppression legislation.

Love this store. They always have what I need. When I needed appliances they had many on display to choose from. Recently on a trip for painting supplies the staff was very helpful and they had all I needed. Checking out was a breeze.

Go into this HD probably 3-4 times per month for a variety of needs and I have always enjoyed the experience of getting my needs met expediently and with a smile.

Great store and even better employees. In specific — shout out to Bobby G. In the lumber / wood department!!! He came up to us and was so friendly, warm, and inviting. Bobby was so patient with my needs (and many questions/super indecisiveness, etc.)! He was so knowledgeable and gave me suggestions for the project I was doing — which turns out are amazing.... thanks to him!!!! Such a big help and so nice of him to measure and cut my wood for me perfectly. I even told him I liked the “knotty” look, and he sorted through all the boards for the perfect ones! Clean store to add.

Everyone in the store is very friendly and knowledgeable willing to assist you and make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase believe it or not there’s an associate name lee who just does stock but he was willing to help me and help me out really good he found what I needed

Always shop at Home Depot Always get what I seek and for best prices.

Friendly employees. However, the pro desk can use more cashiers working (at least four people) every day and all day since it is always busy.

I interacted with customer service and appliance staff for my recent order. The level of customer service I received was exceptional and everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to address my needs. Highly recommend this store if you are shopping appliances.

If you need blinds, the Danbury Store is the place to shop. Make certain to ask for Sthefanny S. She is so knowledgeable, kind, courteous and accommodating. I bought a blind in another store and after dealing with Sthefanny on a blind I bought in Danbury, I brought the blind to her for cutting. Everything was precise and fit like a glove in both cases. She even helped me pick out a color based on a valance I brought with me. I never met anyone this young with such a well-rounded customer service attitude and skill. I can't say enough about her! Utilize her and you won't be disappointed!

ONLY go here if it is a life or death situation. If you do find yourself in this wasteland try and find Yvonne, she is the only one there with a brain.

I like shopping at Danbury Home Depot because I know where everything is and the employees are friendly and helpful. Plus they have a great hot dog stand right outside!

Best store in the area

Associate approached me upon entering the store asking if I needed any help finding anything today. I did. He directed me straight to the product.

The Danbury homedepot is the best one. people are helpful and friendly and usually everything is in stock

Something is broken with the culture of this store. After 3 visits to this store to buy one item. The item was on a riser and no one could lower it. I thought it was crazy. A few employees wanted to help but weren't empowered. I spoke to a manager he didn't care about my concern. 3 visits and about 10 different employees to buy one item. It was very ineffective for me and Home Depot.

Great store friendly staff easy access to merchandise

The store sold me a product that was already opened and installed and missing pieces. Then the assistant store manager said he would get a new install scheduled and I have never heard back from him since he told me that. I had to go to the store and wait in line to get a refund after it taking 10 minutes of the phone just ringing before someone picked up. I was already on the way to the store with the phone ringing. The assistant store manger was nice but not helpful in anyway since I now have a garage door sitting on the floor and its not installed.

Always check prices compared to online. We bought a safe that had no price on it. I looked it up while in the store. It said $159.99. Went to self checkout and it said $199.99. The staff said “oh yeah prices are different online.” A quick search online shows that I was apparently the last person to know about this, it’s standard Home Depot ridiculousness. Lowe’s does not engage in this foolishness and will price match their website. Buyer beware.

The Danbury Homedepot store has created an easy to adapt shopping experience, even at this Covid-19 pandemic period. I felt safe shopping around the floors throughout my 1.5 hrs shopping.

I like going to Home Depot because I know where everything is. Plus they have an excellent food truck right outside.

Safety and distancing were immediately apparent. Staff was helpful and the return process was super simple. Today's visit could not be beat.
