I had a really bad experience at Home Depot today. I usually have a great experience and but today the front end person Michael was rude. We all make mistakes but how you handle situation shows a lot about an employee. In customer service we often need to apologize. If he would have apologized it would have changed my entire experience.

Not all teams and locations are the same with Home Depot but this is one of the great ones

Don’t have pictures. But have purchased all my windows and sliding door. Recently redid my bathroom and all plumbing parts and fixtures was purchased at homedepot.

Managers Monty and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable in their responsibilities and worked diligently until we found a solution to a bad online experience. It was so lovely to have human beings to interact with instead of technology.

Your employee Kitt is truly amazing, she went out of her way to help me. After looking for a tree stand I stopped at customer service to ask for help. He was just standing around doing nothing when I ask him all he could do was point to an area that I already looked at and then directed me to see the outside cashier. Kitt overheard me talking to the outside cashier and went into immediately action and located the the item that was still on the overhead and had a gentleman get it down and then she Brock down the pallet and got it for me. Kitt is a major asset to Home Depot.

Katia (Cashier) had noticed I was looking for help and asked me if I needed any. She told me that she would call someone to help. James (Hardware dept) was passing by and Katia asked him if he could help. James (Hardware Dept) gladly assisted with finding relevant door locks. We even asked him about an item from another dept and he walked us over & helped with that too. Both Katia & James were friendly, very professional, and went above and beyond. 5 star ratings and 2 thumbs up.Thank You.

A teammate named Nick went above and beyond for me. They made me feel comfortable and I got in and out of the store so quickly! They anticipated my needs and met them with a smile.

Went to Hawthorne NY store to buy driveway sealer. Came up 2 short and figured since I had to go to Danbury, I'd get them there. To my surprise, they were almost $6.00 more per container. Asked why the difference, Iwas told different state, different store, different prices. simple as that.You would think a national chain would be consistant.

A worker called for help to hardware multiple times. I found a random worker who grabbed a ladder and grabbed the supplies I needed from up top. Very helpful and nice worker.

Almost all of my tools bought from this store.. no complaints... great place and great professionals.

Had an exceptionally good experience today as customer service was right on point. It's good to see HD is making an effort to hire associates that are actually interested in seeing their store succeed.

Home Depot has plenty of products available. I enjoy shopping in store and online.

I looked up on my Home Depot app for certain fencing. When I saw what I needed I decided to go to the store and see it first before ordering it and do a pickup. Glad I did bc when I got there they were not displayed or available so a service helper showed me another one that was a little more e expensive. I’m pleased with the choice but b disappointed it want the one I researched on their App. Just wished they also told you if the item was available but on a real time basis. I know sometimes it says not available at a store but must be a week delay bc the guy didn’t even comment on whether they had it or not just offered me something similar.

Always enjoy looking around and learning. My dog loves it too!
