The associate who helped me was Mi Lin, and she was awesome. She was clear and friendly, explaining in detail exactly what I needed to do to make a return/exchange, pick up my order, and purchase additional items at the same time. She helped me through the process and I did not need to wait at all. She was prompt and pleasant. She exceeded my expectations, and her performance and knowledge was superior to that of many other HD associates that I have dealt with in the past. OUTSTANDING!

I received excellent service by your employee named Devon he helped me choose the proper toilet bowl which I need to be replace. he help me pick out the miscellaneous supplies needed. He was professional, knowledgeable and a very kind young man. He also involved Mr. Renato to confirm the proper size of the toilet bowl and he helped load it in my car. . thank you for hiring these awesome gentlemen. All took no more than 30 mins luv shopping at Westlake Home Depot. Employees are very friendly and helpful

Assistant Store Manager Gus Jiandani would rather brag about his many Bonuses and Salary than take care of the line, he literally watched me using the narrow flat bed (vs wide flat bed) having to go through the designated area for Text-to-confirm and having husky displays blocking access he stood watching display falling and only customers moving merchandise to be able to pass, only to hear this useless employee run his mouth. Whomever thought he was leadership material obviously doesn’t know what skills a leader require to hire him for this job.

Do yourself a favor Do Not Shop at Daly City! Jeff and his employees at Colma know how to take care of you and your business will be clearly appreciated. Colma Pro is better in so many ways! The staff are friendly, my respects for the senior staff for the patience and knowledge, their level of service is outstanding.

Excellent store, all HD's are short staffed but when I do interact with staff it is always great. 2 separate times in the last month I had service that was above and beyond.

Great store with helpful employees and quick service.

I suggest NOT going into this store until all of the work crews have left to go to their jobs, it is very chaotic even in the parking lot outside. They do have some safety efforts but I witnessed an employee nearly fall due to a long flat plank being left carelessly, probably by a customer, just laying in the exit area and no one was there to pick it up.

We had been shopping at several other stores for a new 24" refrigerator, so we already knew prices, design features and had see several brands. We saw a GE at Home Depot that was priced about the same as the others, but that had features that we preferred, like no door handles and two bottom freezer drawers. Our salesperson was honest and knowledgeable about comparing the quality of different brands and he made the process quick and easy. The time until delivery was very quick, less than a week after we bought it, and we were given a call about half an hour before the delivery, just as they promised.

Parking, loading and staff are all wonderful and the answers/suggestions they make are fantastic.

Good location to park on the 2nd floor of the garage. You will need to know what you want and make sure it is there before you go since the staff is too limited and dumb to their work.

The Home Depot has been a big asset to our community. The stores are very well organized and maintained. Employees seem happy and provide good jobs to our community.

Appliances were upstairs but easy to get to. Clean and neat. However, washers and dryers were all over the place. Some downstairs but most upstairs.

Just got back from another successful experience at this Home Depot. This time it was thanks to a sales associate named Armani who helped me make duplicate keys. Before I found him I thought customers were supposed to make their own copies. But step 1 said to put the master key back when finished. I didn't know what the master key was nor where it was, but I saw Armani walking down an aisle nearby, and I had observed him helping another customer in a manner that seemed above and beyond the call of duty when I first entered the store. I asked if he would help me and the rest is history. He took his time to make sure the keys were perfect, and I was confident they would work. . .which was true. He doesn't just work with keys, so look for him if you want some great, friendly, respectful help next time.

Dear Home Depot, It is my pleasure to write and enlighten you of the outstanding customer service I received from two of your employees in the Hardware Department and in the Flooring Department. It is rare that anyone takes the time today to write to a company to praise their employees of their organization; but I feel compelled to bring to your attention two incredible individuals who truly care about their employer and especially their customers. I experienced the most amazing customer service from the moment I walked into your Daly City, California store. It is my opinion that both of your employees accomplished this through their sense of humor, ease of manner; and especially there professionalism and genuine etiquette. And most important, I was treated like a family member by both of these exceptional employees. They both made this a refreshing and professional experience for me. They had a sense of dignity for your corporation and a sense of self-worth, or personal pride if you will. The store was well supplied with the materials needed for a landscaping job at my home. I was able to quickly find what was needed and had the assistance of staff in doing so. Additionally and more recently, we had a water heater breakdown. I found the customer service representative (Brian) more than helpful in listening, advising, and assisting me along with Joe (once I came into the store) for my purchase. As I stated, with this recipe of customer facing interactions, you'll continue to do well.
