Clean Easy to find stuff

Service was exceptional! From Nathaniel, in the Door Dept., going the extra length to find stock, to Monica, as the Check-out Cashier, who actually, came outside to help load sheetrock til her co-worker arrived. Another young man helped us load up in Lumber! GREAT JOB!, everyone!, and THANKS!!

My cashier, Monica, was excellent and had a great attitude. The associates upstairs in the hardware section, around aisle 30, were inept and displayed a lack of care for customer service.

Home Depot used to carry mostly Made in the USA hand tools. Now, they sell made in China garbage.

A lot of options and associates are nice. Willing to help all the time.

This store is a bit complicated since it has 2 stories. If you are in a rush probably need to manage your time a bit better. It gets busy, don’t get mad at the cashiers. Make sure all of your items have a barcode so all the people making things happen can get to it quickly.Had a great experience with Monica( cashier). Make sure you always say thank you to them, they are the ones that make our craft possible.

Excellent customer service!

This is a terrible store, in spite of having some very good staff. What makes it terrible is it’s total lack of both management presence and social distancing. I went there last Saturday and the store was so crowded that everybody was on top of each other, and nobody seemed to be in charge. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were exceeding their fire safety limits, and many people had their masks pulled down, as if they needed to do this to talk. Certainly nobody was monitoring how many people came into and left the store. I couldn’t get away from people and left within 5 minutes without accomplishing any of my tasks. This is after spending 10 minutes trying to park. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Your employees try their best to satisfy all customers, which is really something I will remember when I need something for my home improvement. You will be properly guided if you speak up.

Westlake Home Depot is Our Favorite Home Store. the HD Fam here is Amazing, just Wonderful Human Beings here who treat you like Family! Always a Pleasure to visit this HD store.

Store is clean and the manager is attentive. He spent time to listen to my concern and gave feedback to my question. The staffs at this store are usually nice but I have a bad experience today with the appliance department. Marty was not attentive and impatient. It was early morning and we were the only customers. He was not a good salesman!

Westlake HD is our Favorite store because of the people. This store feels like a family, wonderful people work here. it is definitely the people who make the positive difference good vibes positive energy in this HD. I dont know who the GM of this store is but it is so obvious the GM chooses to bring the best of the best human beings to his HD Family here bc everyone here is just wonderful people who care about their customer family. This is the BEST experience we have ever had in any store bar none. Thank you for the opportunity to come to such a great place when we need home improvement stuff. We Love YOu Guys!

Good employee services

Overall, my shopping experience was extremely satisfactory. The sales associate Julius in the plumbing area was most helpful in finding exactly what I needed as well providing expert advice for my project. The sales cashier Prakash was so helpful in solving a pricing issue (item price in the check-out monitor did not match with the price on the shelf label) that helped make and complete my purchase. My impression from both associates was that they went "above and beyond" in their friendly customer service. Only other matter, in a minor way, worthy of mention is that one item (a basic valve torch attachment for a propane cylinder) I was hoping to buy was out of stock at the time of my visit. Still, I give kudos to this store for an excellent operation, and its quality associates.

Great service

This is my fourth visit within 4 months time with each visit during sip sheltering in place and safe distance I received personal polite and considerate care. Products were found with team work from retail Associates communicating together Employees were customer focused Considerate and professional With their services.

We always go to Home Depot for our specific needs ( tools, automobile accesories and electrical parts) Easy to find product when it is in the right stack. Customer assistance needed and they help us. The store was always well organized. Yes, I observe that the Daly City Home Depot store was clean and orderly. Bathroom is always ready and clean. Yes, customer service and associates are friendly and helpful always.

Raul was helpful when I asked for help. Even when he was from a different department. He went out of his way to help me and other customers not in his department. Thank you Raul.

Dennis was extremely helpful to me with his advice on power tools. He also found a specific Makita circular saw for me that other employees told me was out of stock. Thank you Dennis!

Employees were helpful, but during this virus that we are going thru, not all employees were wearing any mask protection.

From one corner of the store electrical to the Pro desk everyone I've been in contact with is professional, friendly and a willingness to help no matter what the situation is. Your super star customer service team ie. Roe, Nick, Linda, Lyn, Nenome, Jennifer are amazing with their knowledge and expertise I always know when a problem comes up with an online order or a return it will be handled.

If you view this store on their website, be aware that the aisles and bin numbers don't necessarily match. Neither does the amount in inventory. Best case scenario, order online, and wait to be disappointed when they call you to say that that item isn't in stock. Another thing, why do some items say free shipping with 45 dollars or more, when we order a 298 dollar door and at check out they say that the other 25 dollar item can't be shipped??? Does that make any sense? Example: we ordered over 500 dollars worth of doors and they could not ship a washing machine hose and a four pack of light bulbs with our order. The response, the light bulbs and hose can not be shipped! Really!

Great store most of the employees there are not racist I'm African-American and Young so believe me a really try to make everyone feel comfortable.
