I shopped on line at this store for carpet and installation, and Malika has been a great contact for me throughout! I really appreciate having a live, knowledgeable, and helpful human being to whom I can send emails and who will read them and respond! Malika gets 5 stars from me!

It was late in the evening (close) to closing, but your reps were very helpful and not acting that they just wanted to close shop. I bought items from different divisions. A rep even moved my cart closer to me, AJ was helpful with my major purchase and the check-out gentleman was very professional an accommodating on my questions regarding returns (very friendly and professional).

I can recommend this store to other friend and family for my satisfaction. Because of their customers service. Because of their employee are friendly and respectful in that case i feel so welcome when buying something in their product

I am an old woman who awakens early. I go out to the store and am almost alone amongst the men. Today I went later in the day and got better service--don't know why--same clothes, same car--excellent service and i hope to get the same when i come to buy my bags of bark. when i entered the store an associate looked up my item and sent me to the proper aisle, i then went to the register and purchased. quick and successsful trip, thanks. 0x, kaaren

Gabriel is a rock star. Ask for him, he is very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with a snake and took the time to get it down from the top shelf, loaded it onto the cart. Thank you Gabriel for helping me since I had no idea on what I was doing.

Small 2 floor store. Rarely has things I'm looking for, including 2x6 lumber. Last trip the 2x6 they did have were covered in fuzzy green and black mold and smelled extremely bad.

Employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Items were in stock more than what it shows online. I was looking at some plants online for in store pick up but it doesn’t show it was. Upon arriving at the store, they had it so it’s worth the trip!
