This store is easy to get to from several roads. The parking is easy and has lots of space, including handicapped. They have a wide selection and quite a few items on sale. Items I needed were either well-marked by aisle and shelf or it was easy to get an associate to help if needed. The store is always clean and well-lit.

Friendly, easy to find what u need

I was looking for pool salt and I went to the exit way and I thought I saw salt there, but it was a different type of salt. I went to the pool supply area and the pool salt wasn't there. I went to the Customer Service desk and was told someone was looking for it. I waited 6 minutes and ended up leaving because no one would get back to me. Very unsatisfied with customer service. There are 61 bags of pool salt - how come it takes so long to find it.

When ever I go to the Crescent Springs store I can always count on an associate helping me find things. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Crescent Springs KY Home Depot is very easy to work with and staffed by knowledgeable and helpful people.

Convenient store but don't expect any help without tracking someone down to ask for assistance. Employees constantly walk by without asking if you need any help.

Michael was able to help me in a timely fashion find the right material and cut it. Samuel was very kind and quick and the register. Excellent service!

The employees are very helpful. I have an SUV so lumber purchases can be a problem. I am always able to have someone cut the lumber to fit in my vehicle. Most staff are very knowledgeable.

Store was clean and well lit for a home depot. Had to wait for assistance, but once Frank got to me, it was a good experience. Frank made sure to get to me when he could and did everything he could to make sure I left with the correct items. Thank you Frank.

Home Depot is Crescent Springs is one of the best because you can always find someone to assist you. Some of the employees are like your family. We shop Home Depot almost every day and it is very nice to see the same employees every time you visit the store.

I received great service from two young workers in the garden center. I had assistance in selecting a good mulch and had an efficient check out.

This store is a great place to shop. The associates are ALWAYS helpful and pleasant. If they can't find something, they research until they locate it. If they don't have an answer to a question, they will find someone who does. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. I drive an hour from my home to shop this store, even though there are other stores that would be closer!
