Parking is close and employees, especially in the repair department are pleasant and knowledgeable. Store, as expected has great selection, well displayed and easy to find. People shop at a store for several reasons but they make it a point to return to any given store because of their past experience. All the employees are friendly there but Jim and Amanda at the repair desk are two of the best, ever.

We just completed our order for our new kitchen under the assistance of Bettina. She made this design and purchase smooth and handled every detail. Her knowledge and skill is just outstanding! Her design choices/suggestions were exactly what we were looking for. If you are interested in redoing your kitchen please have Bettina assist you.

I went looking for a particular color carpet runner for a home remodel project that was no longer displayed at a closer HD store. I couldn't find it at the Crescent Springs location either (sad face) and started leaving the store. An associate, Phil, asked how I was doing as I passed by, and when I explained I couldn't find what I was looking for, he stopped what he was doing, left his station, and offered to look for the item. He searched the products still wrapped up on the upper shelves, and found a product I liked even better than what I had been looking for. Happy customer here! Thanks Phil! The cashier, Stephanie, was just as friendly. Great experience - and I will consider going out of my way to shop this location again.

I have had help from some really great people at the store. I used to go to Florence until they built this one and I miss Ron at the Contractors Desk ( if he is still working) but Crescent Spring is my store now. I have been doing this work for 50 years and I learn new things. At the ramset nail the other day I even helped out a customer and salesperson with conversation and problem solving. Problem solving is a big deal worth a lot of time and money. Allison at the return desk/pickup orders actually called me when my order came in early. That really helped me out. Good People. This store is full of amazing, friendly employees. I loved the atmosphere and the amount of people that were willing to help customers find whatever they desired.

I took a survey and I thought I marked that I was highly satisfied. But at the end of the survey they asked why I wouldn’t recommend this store. I could not go back and see my mistake. I loved my service with Ron B #100 and Ernest Harmon. The store was fine.

We went in late to closing and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful and Rob was especially helpful when we were checking out.

Madison that works there in the blind dept. is so very helpful and caring. She went above and beyond to help us get the blinds we wanted.

The store seems smaller but is deep in merchandise and helpfulness.

Excellent service, very clean store, high degree of knowledge of employees and great variety and in-stock products will keep me coming back here. Had to make hard (to me) decisions on deck prep and stain, and garage etching and painting, and the folks at the paint counter made it effortless and provided me with great products and supplies.
