I would like to see more stations have at least one person at all times to help with searching for and giving correct information with a customer on the product they are wanting to purchase.

Loading was very efficient

I looked in five other stores for the kind of particular space heater I wanted and found it only at Home Depot. I couldn't be happier.

I I bought me a Home Depot products black specially like the Husky air compressor that I bought that's 80% quieter and it most definitely is 80% quieter

My water heater needed to be replaced ASAP and they connected me with professionals that were able to give me an estimate before noon and install it in the same day.

Shopping at this store is always a pleasant experience, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The last 3 appliances we've bought we found at this store: a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. They have great appliances for less than the same or comparable ones at other stores. The Home Depot warranty costs less, too! And delivery is available much sooner! Thank you!!

MARY is a very valuable employee. She seems to be very dedicated to helping customers in anyway she is able. Was very courteous in my self-checkout experience.

NANCY at customer service was absolutely awful! I've never been treated like that at a hardware store before. She was rude, and disrespectful. I returned an item and then wanted to ask further questions to perhaps buy a different item - but Nancy said to me " You've already got your money back, so don't worry about it." AND TURNED AWAY FROM ME AT THE COUNTER. --- So I did not look for any further products at the store and just left.

The associates at the window treatment area were very helpful and friendly!

We had the BEST service today at the Council Bluffs Home Depot. From the minute we walked in the door our questions were answered, we were walked to the different services and taken to the correct person to help with our orders, When we were done Mary checked us out, got someone to carry the heavy box and had the BEST smile. We will be back.

Many untrained employees. A training program is a need with no interruptions. Keep focused on it as a priority to be more helpful in specialized areas. As decoration and custom building/ordering.
