Low on stock in most departments. Not really kept up in departments. Cashiers and customer service desk are AWESOME!!!!

I use this Home Depot when I need repair items for our home.The inventory is normally adequate for any project .When I plan a project I price check Home Depot for material.Recently my son's home a/c was broken and it was going to take about a week.I called Home Depot in his home town and purchased a portable a/c unit for him.The store allowed my to pay by credit and he picked the unit up at the home depot . This was excellent service and it allowed my family to stay cool in 95 degree heat until the unit was repaired.

Very bad customer service reps but the customer service manager saved the day. The woodlands store always has stock when conroe does not.

Store is understaffed for the amount of customers on a Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Expect a wait. Employees are helpful when they are able to get to you.

Store is clean, neat, and has friendly respectful staff.

I counted 5 employees involved in manning the doors to make sure people didn't go in/out the wrong doors. At the same time, less than 1/2 of the check out stations were manned resulting in very long lines. I understand the need/precaution of limiting the number of people in the store and keeping the in/out flow moving. However, it would also seem to make sense to put more employees in the cashier positions to reduce the number of people standing across the front of the store
