Bought 2 appliances. They promised delivery, setup and haul off of old appliances. We got delivery and nothing else. Calls to 1800 customer service said, not our problem, we delivered your appliances, and we don’t install or haul out, and we won’t change the order. Calls to store said they would install and haul out. But still waiting on haul out.

Every time I enter this store I am greeted, checked on, and thanked for my business! You can tell the people here really care, even more consistently than other stores I've visited.

Terrible customer service. Curbside lady said I was rude and had attitude!

Aaron was outstanding. He understood my question, took me to the place where I could buy my part and made a recommendation as to which one to choose. As it happened, he was spot on. The part went on my device as slick as can be. By the way my rating is a rating of the employee, not the store.

The store and the parking lot were VERY busy. A beautiful Saturday, gorgeous sunshiny day and the first day of spring but the staff was up to the challenge. Good service with a smile.

My cashier Jenna was super friendly and sweet. She helped me check out promptly.

No one seems to know that to do. One simple issue has to be transferred to a few people.

Was gathering pricing for my new Mother-in-law house in the kitchen appliances and the lady dept was very helpful

I had a refund to collect. I took my items to the refund counter from several purchases which included a few different stores. The cashier, JOCELYN asked if I had my receipt or card used to purchase the items. I showed her my card and it would not scan. She told me the card was no good and could not give me a refund. I asked her to enter then number on the card and she said it was not possible unless I was a pro member. She entered my phone number and it pulled up my account. I also found the receipts and showed her the card was good and used to make those purchases. My card is well used and the magnetic strip may be worn a little, funny how you put in the purchase items and it works just fine, just not to get your money back on things. WELL JOCELYN, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE PERSONALITY AND WILL NOT LET YOU WAIT ON MY AGAIN AT THE REFUND COUNTER! They may want to move you to another position where you don't wait on the general public. You don't have the personality for it.

Your Employee named Jordan in the Apppliance/Cabinets and Countertops section at the Conroe STORE location was extremely helpful, and professional. First, he asked if I needed any help and also checked me out with my kitchen countertop order. Other employees that were present in that section seemed to be doing nothing, while Jordan not only helped me but 2 to 3 other customers at the same time, while his coworkers stood watching him do Everything, without stepping up to the plate, nor acknowledged the numerous customers waiting for help. Give JORDAN a well deserved raise!!!

I don't know tools very well, so it is very frustrating for me to go to a home improvement store. The Home Depot store in Conroe has really improved and it's not so bad when I have to make trips now. Thanks for being helpful!!

The customer service at the W. Davis, Conroe store is HORRIBLE. I ordered materials and paid for them 3 days ago to make sure my crew could pick the materials up on Monday, July 12, 2021. The pickup date was stated on my receipt. My crew arrived at the store in the morning and was told the items I PURCHASED on Friday had been sold to someone else. It cost me several hundred dollars in labor and time literally for NOTHING. I will NEVER shop at this store again.

If you are in need of efficiency, kindness, and genuine customer service, Conroe Home Depot is your place to shop. We recently purchased a gas range oven and the workers in the appliance department were outstanding!

Staff are great, store is immaculate and well stocked. You never see any one standing around avoiding eye contact with customers.

The conroe store #0508 is one of the best home improvement stores in my area . The staff members are very helpful i love going in there and hoping they will have the latest go go gadget and macgyver tools to add to my collection!!!

Self checkout is a joke. People cutting lines. No help when you need it.

This store is really struggling in their customer service areas!!! I’ve been in there twice in the last couple of months, with large purchases! I’ve had to ask other customers to help load my purchases! Waited 20 minutes while 6 associates try and figure out how to unlock the grills so I could have the one I purchased! I witnessed associates in a group on the floor chatting and loudly cussing!! Never speaking to us or asking is needed assistance!! The Huntsville store is a much better store to shop at!!!
