Awesome product! The dual charger is able to charge any M18 simultaneously, which is a great benefit when you are using multiple tools at a time on a job.

We are in Home Depot daily and have gotten to get to know the employees well! They are friendly and helping a hand when you need it!

Tamara was amazing helping us check out when I messed up my self check out! More Tamara’s needed in the world!

Found exactly what we was looking for. Price was reasonable and was the same as on line.

I purchased new carpeting but experienced problems with the third party quote. The sales staff in store were knowledgeable and worked with me to resolve the inconsistencies. I look forward to the installation of my new carpeting.

Unless all Home Depot store employees are like this (I doubt this is the case), all Home Depot employees can take lessons in Customer Service from the employees at store #0508 in Conroe, Texas. This Home Depot has exceptional employees who are always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

No help anywhere , instead I saw 2 to 4 employees helping one customer, need to manage this better .

Don't look for help when you come to this store. Management is sorely lacking. Couldn't even get one to let them know. Plant department showed more interest in helping me with a plumbing problem than me trying to find an orange apron in the department that showed interest in me.

I bought a refrigerator here and the people knew what the heck they were doing. They asked all of the right questions to make sure the job was done right with the right parts and delivery times. Awesome job.

This HD is my go to home improvement store now. I do a lot of DIY and they have what I need.

I was looking for a specific Christmas 3.5 Nutcracker. There were two young men both by the name of Darryl who were both went above and beyond to get the items that I wanted from a top storage shelf. The two unwrapped and unboxed the pallet to find the exact item that I desired. Other employees would have told me to come back "tomorrow." Not the two Darryl's. This is customer service at it's finest. The Customer Service Cashiers Cecily and Karen greeted me with a smile and welcoming attitude. This is what will keep me coming back to the Conroe, Tx Home Depot.

Beginning of the month kids work shop alot of fun to bring my kids too. They built airplanes today. Then afterwards a kind employee helped me the rv roof sealer, and I was on my way out. Was a great experience plan to do it again.

I had the great pleasure of being helped by an associate named Aubrey Richmond. Best service I have ever had at a big chain home improvement store. Usually they are hard to navigate and finding an employee is no easy feat. But not at this location. We were there as first time generator buyers and more than a little lost abt what we would need to get stated and purchase everything that would be required to use the generator. He made suggestions, listed options for connections and even helped us find those things, checkout, load the generator and recommend the best fuel for performance. It was so refreshing to meet, not a customer care associate just doing their job, but someone that loves by the philosophy "treat others as you wish to be treated. I hope to have the pleasure of visiting this store again and receiving service that goes beyond the pail!!

As we were looking for a cart to load mulch, Darryl got us a cart and offered to help us. He loaded another person’s mulch and came to us again to offer to help. He was super friendly and a big help. He deserves praise!
