The store had what I needed in sufficient quantity at a reasonable price and checkout was quick and easy.

I have shopped at this location for over 30 years and would not want to go any other place. They have always had what I needed and helpful employees to find what I need

I didn’t know where to start but I saw that there was these numbers and signs that are really big and helped me a lot with what I purchased.

Mr Clarence was so helpful and so professional, his integrity and customer service relationship is what I respect most. I recommend this location to every Home Depot shopper. You will always like to come again and again.

I recently went to Home Depot to purchase paint for a project. I was not sure what I needed. The associate, Kenny in the paint department was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions in a friendly manner. I will be going back whenever I need something else.

I walked into this location looking for items to rip out my carpet and was profiled instead.

It took me forever to find someone to help me. After asking 3 employees, no one ever came. Yet they were very fast at taking my money.

The cashier Janette, was exceptional with her Customer Service, to be treated and helped in more ways than one by her, with a smile on her face was very rewarding!!!

Employees here are extraordinarily helpful unlike other home-improvement stores, I have been to!

They try really hard to always make sure your purchase looks as good as you think it should! Go see Desiree in tile!

Stop forcing your customers to use SELF-CHECK and stop requiring your older military veterans to use your app on a smart phone that they don't have to obtain their well-deserved discount. That's unwise and unfair. Your employees also are unhappy with all of the above. Did you ask or do you care? We think not. I've called Customer Service, and they agreed with me. Hmmm....

Everytime I go into the store and Angela Adam's in garden is there she is always so nice, always smiling and eager to help me. I wish we had more friendly faces that have been around for a long time and know what they are doing like Angela.

From the Top person at this store down to the cashier seeing you out outstanding people!!! Even when there is a problem it is quickly resolved!

Went to this store and drove an extra 30 minutes, because their website showed that they had the product in stock that I was looking for. Employees ignore me while I'm trying to find the product and then I'm told that they don't have it. I settled for another product, and told the employee that I needed 30 bags. He walked a away and left me to load it on the cart. I am a 65 yr. old woman. Thank goodness for a very kind customer who helped me.After I pull the 1200 lb. cart to the front of the store, and pay for it, no one offers to help me get it into my truck. I continue to pull the 1200 lb. cart though the parking lot until a few more very kind souls (not employees) help me load my truck. I will never go back to this store.

The only thing that upset me was I am a registered Veteran at your store and I wasn’t able to use my discount on my purchase of appliances??????

I had to get some pipe fittings to make a repair to my home, and Casey in plumbing was a real help, recommending what was needed to complete the repair while helping at least 20 other customers in the time I was collecting materials.

HOME DEPOT IS A GTREAT STORE TO HAVE IN THE AREA WE LIVE. MAKES LIFE EASIER AND MORE FUN KNOWING WE CAN GO TO HOME SUPPLY STORE AND GET ITEMS WITH THE SELECTION AND QUANITY THAT HOME DEPOT OFFERS.

This is the worst location in the greater Houston area by far! Lazy employees, rude cashiers, ten minute lines are normal, get your cart in the parking lot pile of them because there are none at the front.

I’m very happy to say that the Home Depot in Conroe Tx, 1341 West Davis is exceeding the industry by keeping the shelves stocked, clean, safe and friendly faces that were able to help me throughout my quick visit. A gentleman in the electrical department was quick to help me find what I needed Thank you!

I have the best experience with 1 on 1 assistance in buying lighting all the way from choosing to loading.

I bought a Microwave for $529.34 then the next day after it was delivered to my home, (Free Delivery) I got an e-mail from Home Depot saying that the price has dropped to $239.23 and I received a refund to my Home Depot CC of $290.11. I did not know that Home Depot had a policy of applying a discount the first 30 days of buying an item from their store's. I am so Greatfull to Home Depot...

Associates should know some products, used for cleaning appliances

Their Veteran identification program is designed to work against veterans.

This Home Depot always has the light bulbs I need for some special lamps I have at home. Anytime I need bulbs, this is the first place I go to look for and buy them. I also use this store to purchase larger items as they had a portable air conditioner that I couldn't find at any other store in the area that I ordered online from their website.
