I been shopping at the Conroe location since it opened and will continue.

Seriously the worst customer service I have encountered in years. I asked employees in the Garden Center where the herbs were located, a question that was apparently too challenging b/c they just shrugged their shoulders. I asked again - thinking perhaps they didn't understand me through my mask - but no, they didn't know. One responded that he didn't usually work in that area, while the other answered he was new to the job so he didn't know where anything was located. The most appalling part: neither made ANY effort to find out and went back to talking/looking at each other while I had to check myself out.

The one thing that is very helpful is that the employees are very helpful. If you look lost they will stop you and ask if they can help. The store is well organized and have very thing I need. Saturdays and Mondays are very busy, so I am not the only one that buys from your store. The lumber section is very busy on Saturday and Monday mornings. This area takes a bit longer to check out but you have to expect that. Thanks again for having a well stock store.

So glad we have a local Home Depot in our small town. It almost feels like a second home, I go there so often for so many different reasons, from plants to appliances, products, even keys. Nice to have the store nearby.

Store at conroe tx is awesome. Except for some of there customer personal. They need to change this.

Didn't have to go to another store to purchase items. People are very helpful and customer service is awesome.

The store is such a delight place for me to shop. I enjoy all the friendly and helpful employees who are always ready to assist me. The Garden Section is my favorite and the selection of various plants and beautiful pots is commendable.

I recently had 2 bad experiences at other HomeDepot stores with curb side pickup. I have been a HomeDepot shopper since the Meyerland Store opened in the Houston during the 1970's. The two bad events mentioned above had caused me to rethink shopping at HomeDepot all together. However, after my visit to The Conroe,TX location this morning, I've decided to continue to use HomeDepot as my number 1 choice for home improvement needs.

Staff were very helpful in explaining pro and cons of a variety of home use power tools.

Love this store. Can always get what I need even after the winter freeze was able to find the plumbing parts I needed for repairs. Everyone is always so nice and ready to help me in any way they can.

Usually I dislike having to deal with customer service because I don't feel they pay enough attention to the customer. Your store was the exception from my latest visit.

Customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen out of any sore I have been to

I would recommend this store BUT if you need anything from the garden center that weighs more than 10lbs take someone with you to help you load your cart and load your car. You will not find any help in the garden center. There are plenty of employees in the store and outside moving carts around but no one will help you. The cashiers are very accommodating but loading your car is not their responsibility especially if they are female. AND, addressing the problem with management will get you nowhere.

Was not able to finish survey because froze up about halfway through explanation. Tracy, store manager was a pain and should be aware of note on receipt about COVID-19 extension on returns policy. Allie, sales was wonderful and helped me so much to resolve all problems.

Associates have no idea what they are doing. Run around store with their boxes. We found items faster than they could.

Items easy to find. Check out is fast

The store is pretty well stocked. Some employees are fairly helpful. I go here several times a week and buy tools and supplies. I figure out most things on my own but everything is changing and I like to hear from employees on new items. I've been in a couple times lately and was helped by "Just Jim" <<( we loved that name) in the key and tool area, he's given us the best help and ideas for our projects!

The store advertises free delivery and installation on Appliance purchases over a certain amount. Beware The store has a delivery range of 35 miles and we were 10 miles out of this range but when we went to negotiate a delivery this company started to add on charges for removing and setting up the new appliance plus other charges which started to add up to over $200.00. I do not believe Home Depot would falsely advertise a promotion but I do believe they should be aware of their delivery contractors tactics. Home Depot has always been a reliable and convenient supplier and I will continue shopping at this store over the bigL

THE ONLY OTHER THING I CAN ADD AFTER YOUR SURVEY IS THAT YOUR COMPETITOR'S HAS MUCH MORE PARKING AND NOT SO JAMBED TOGETHER. TO HAUL THE LOAD OF 400 FT OF 1" PVC PIPE x 20 FT I HAD MY 16 FT UTILITY TRAILER WHICH WAS HARD TO NAVIGATE WITH IT IN YOUR LIMITED PARKING LOT. A FEW OF MY FRIENDS HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT TOO OVER THE YEARS, ALTHOUGH I DON'T USUALLY HAVE TO BRING MY TRAILER, BUT THEN I'M NOT A CONTRACTOR EITHER.

Suzanne was great at Customer Service. She was friendly, quick and helpful. There was a long line and she was non stop at getting customers in and out at returns. Need more customer service reps like her.
