I look forward to getting older store employees to help me. All of retail is hit or miss these days. The younger generations are simply not understanding of how to service customers. They way too often think it’s about them. It’s not. Switch the focus yo the customer. I’m usually left frustrated more than helped. There are a few bright stars in Clifton Park. Janet in the garden area is one of them. The world needs more Janets, and less everything else.

Great service, good prices,always someone to help

Nice clean store. More stock than competitor!!! But when consumer does buy a contract for warranty, there needs to be someone to take time and give or write information for f/u of that warranty!!! Not just yelling it at you as you go out the door- and nothing in booklet to follow? ??

THE PERSONAL ARE WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, AND GO OUT OF THIER WAY TO HELP. THE STORE IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND CLEAN

Customer service desk is outstanding. Appliance department was sadly short staffed. Home depot does not allow military discount for appliances.

Store was clean and bright with friendly employees and great merchandise.

The customer service during our most recent visit was exceptional. Cashier was knowlegable, helpful and extremely professional.

I’ve always received the most attentive service from the associates in this Clifton ParkHome Depot. Especially “Al” in the lighting department is incredibly knowledgeable. He not only got me the right parts for three, old and expensive lamps, he fixed them for me. He goes above and beyond normal assistance by your associates in other home improvement stores.

Worst retail store experience I ever had. A clerk was rude and unwilling to help me. I asked to speak with a store manager, she stated “good luck with that” “ have been here for 30 yrs”. Which I assume means she can treat people rudely and make them feel threatened.

I was very pleased with a recent experience shopping for a new front door. The associates went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I had in mind.

It's your regular Home Depot. Some days are excellent, some days are terrible. Sometimes employees are too busy doing their own work to stop for a customer. Sometimes you can't find an employee. Other times they're already there before you need them, and ask you if you need help first. I've had both good and bad experiences there.

Need paint? Go see Len! Yes, he knows what he is talking about. Yes, he will help you. No, I am not a relative, neighbor, or acquaintance of Len.

The Halfmoon Home Depot is a nice place to shop. They carry the brands I know and trust, have competitive prices, and there are many familiar faces always willing to give advice, and/or lend a hand. Kudos!!!

Excellent service very polite

I had a surpringly positive experience returning a water heater which had failed. The staff was able to process my warranty claim and applied it toward the purchase of a new water heater. The plumbing staff was also very helpful.

JOSEPH in the electrical department spent extra time helping me with various configurations of an inlet for a generator.

They have a very organized system which was easy to find products. More variety and staffs were very helpful and cheerful. Giving this store 5 stars.
