On the day that I went I had a very pleasing experience more than one employee was able to help me find and fill me with knowledge of what I was looking for they’ve come along way

Terrible assistance. Not one employee offered to help me. I needed help with a dryer hose and no one offered to help. 3 employees standing around the dryers and one was leaning on the dryer on his cellphone. I asked him where the dryer hoses were and he literally just pointed and said over there. He never offered to show me or ask what I needed help him after that. I had to buy 3 different products to test them out because I didnt know which would be best. Now I have to take time away from my day to return the ones I dont need. Please train your employees to be nice and helpful

I went in to purchase some appliances. I looked at the floor models. I made a decision an found an associate to find out the appliances were out of stock with no idea if more would come in. I walked away with a range and dish washer that will not be delivered until the end of September. I have a household of appliances to finish buying and am not sure if im coming back.

I just bought a washer/dryer to replace the old ones that were about to their last wash. I applied for and got a Home Depot credit card to get a first time purchase discount. It was a simple and easy process and associate was very helpful. The Associate in the appliance department was a real gentleman in the way he treated me and guided a new associate in placing the order on the computer system and in how he answered all my questions. He then was very helpful in the checkout to make sure I got the appropriate discounts. I couldn't have been happier with the experience!

The Clifton park home depot goes out of it's way to help customers it's happened on several visits

Your store/s always exceed my expectations rather in NY or My home in Va. Everyone was kind that I greeted and the store was not a 3 ring circus. Your cashier Jessica in the outdoor section was super friendly and helpful when asking about a possible employment opportunity. The plants were also in superb condition compared to other stores in Halfmoon and that makes my heart happy as a plant lover and merchandiser for a greenhouse myself. Thank you all and keep up the good work in these trying times.

The store on it's own is a good Home Depot store. The management needs to go back to school and learn the basics of customer satisfaction.

Had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot, everyone was extremely friendly especially the cashier Sheri.

I always have a good experience at the Clifton Park Home Depot. The staff are friendly and always on hand for directions and to answer questions. Sheri at the checkout counter is the best. Knows her stuff and has a pleasant smile for everyone.

There is always a friendly store staff around the corner to help you find anything or explain how a product works

Store is well arranged and clean, with a tight neatness. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Sheri made me smile on this day of continued monumental stress.

The lady Janet I believe her name is wiping down the machines was extremely rude. She must be 80 years old. She should be staying at home instead of yelling at people for trying to self check out.

More desk assistant should be employed in all departments.

Store is clean and organized. Staff is helpful and will find someone if they cannot provide the information I need.

I would not recommend for Christmas Tree purchases. I waited over 10 minutes for help cutting and two pages later someone still did not come out. The cashier simply looked at me and said “oh well I tried.” I just took the tree home and cut it myself.

The store is near every other store that I shop at.....car wash, Cracker Barrel, Kohls, DSW. This particular Home Depot has the nicest and friendliest employees. Theyre always helpful and knows exactly where items are located. OR they'll find out if they don't know. Love this store!

Helpful employees. It is not that close to my home so I do not visit this store often, but do recommend it.
