Staff was excellent, but Management would not honor price on product. Apparently, it was my error to assume that when I visited this store twice prior to research different products / prices that it would be correct.

If you are looking for replacement windows, do yourself a favor and visit Tom Casline in Clifton Park. He knows windows very well and will point you in the right direction.

Home Depot provides great electrical supplies and materials!

There were 3 people standing around and they expected me to go to self check out. I don’t work at Home Depot, why should I save their corporation money that would go to a worker? I don’t receive a discount for working for them , it’s corporate greed at its finest. Then people complain there are no jobs out there. If more people thought like this we would be in a better place in society. I will continue to use the pro desk where an actual person checks me out.

I went in for vinyl planking and they had just what I needed as we all know that can be difficult at times and have to wait for it to be delivered, such a variety makes it difficult to pick out what you want.

Associates should know more about where things are in the store. The pro desk is very helpful and the two woman Grace and Sherry at the Clifton Park store are FANTASTIC, ALWAYS SMILING ALWAYS HELPFUL

Cashier Sheri in pro really knows her stuff offer awesome customer service. And does it all with a smile!

Store employees were friendly and very helpful. Store was clean, and actually stocked with products. The website was also up to date and correct on inventory. A very nice women called "Jingles" was an absolute sweetheart who helped us after traveling an hour to this location for a certain product. Thanks again Jingles!!

Alex in the paint department helped us so much mixing the right colors for our nursery. He was patient with us and gave us his advice where he thought needed! He went above and beyond helping us to repair a picture I had to take out of the frame for him to compare colors for paint... he helped us tape it back up and was very accommodating. We were very relieved after leaving at how easy he helped to make our experience. Thank you Alex in paint

Phil went above and beyond to help. Couldn’t get a disposal with a power cord for two weeks. He installed one on an in stock disposal for me. Amazing.

Overcharged for patio block even though I told the cashier what the shelf tag was. He scanned a book code and I was charged 20 cents too much for each block. I should have checked the receipt before I drove over an hour to get home. I took the cashier at his word when I told him the posted shelf price and he said ok

Every time that I visit this store, the employees are very helpful in assisting me with what I need nd are very cordial ... I enjoy shopping at this store, even though it is further away from me than the Latham store ...

John Deere Lawn Mower

We had a little difficulty finding a product and three employees put their heads together to track it down. They are everliving dolls!

John helped me from start to finish. I’m not the handiest, but John patiently waited through explanations, concerns and even pictures to get me headed in the right direction. John gave me a viable solution, helped me along the way and gave me the push/confidence to execute a total kitchen faucet set-up replacement. In only a short amount of time my kitchen had an updated addition, a faucet leak was eradicated and most importantly, the wife is ecstatic (and a little impressed too)!

Employee was great to work with

Went in to buy a Dewalt tool combo set, which are all locked up, now. Couldn't find anyone to open the case. A five minute shopping trip turned into a half hour, and still didn't get the tool set, because I was ticked off and left.

Finally had someone helpful at self checkout. He didn't stand there and stare at us as if we were stealing. Instead he was kind , engaged, and super helpful processing two forms of payment.
