Veterans!!! Shop else! They would not give me a Veteran's discount even though I have proof of my veteran status and they advertise veteran's discount.

This store is clean and friendly. There were enough associates to help with our needs as well as others. Made for an easy shopping experience.

My shopping experience as a contractor at Halfmoon Home Depot, is always exceptional. Their long time employees make them very experienced. During the day a cashier at the pro desk ,I think her name is Sheri, will guarantee a speedy and efficient checkout .which as a contractor is important for me to get to my job. A good shopping experience can be spoiled by getting in a line that seems like it is standing still. Doesn’t happen at the pro checkout where a cashier named Sheri will move the line and get us to our job. Well done Sheri and Halfmoon Home Depot .

Clifton park Home Depot is my go to supply store, as a busy contractor I cannot find a better store to get in and out and on my job. Qualified staff, store is laid out well, and the checkout at contractor register is efficient and speedy. In Clifton park store in the morning and you are trying to get checked out and to your job, make sure you go to Sheri, she will get you to your job on time .

The staff in the appliance department were friendly and thorough for my refrigerator purchase. Delivery staff were careful when taking out the old refrigerator and bringing in the new one. I recommend this appliance department for appliance purchases.

If you need to get in and out of the store in a hurry, go to Home Depot in Clifton Park, and make sure you go through the contractor checkout . The checkout that Sheri is working at .

Cleanest and most organized Home Depot I have shopped in. I have one less than 4 miles from my house, but I never can find anything at that one. The Home Depot near me is always out of product, no customer assistance whatsoever, unfriendly employees. Most of the items are not marked properly, or not marked at all. Always items blocking aisles. Trash all over including outside. It is a pleasure to shop at the Clifton Park and Queensbury stores after “trying” to shop at the one near me in Schenectady. Amy was great and she checked out our goods even the we were in self-checkout. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The sales associate when purchasing a dryer was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was helped quickly and purchase was easy. They also take away the old dryer for a reasonable amount. The delivery people were awesome.

Store is very clean, generally any item I want is there. Their staff goes out of their way to help customers. They are very informative about their products and understand customers need.

Employees are extremely knowledgable, helpful & friendly. Gift card selection was much larger than I expected. Possibly placing a second gift card selection area at the entrance of the store would help older customers. Every aisle I passed was clean & well marked with content.

The Home Depot in Clifton Park, NY should be the Home Improvement Store everyone should shop. The customer service that you receive is excellent. The staff is always around, and while they will ask if they can help you, they do not stalk you and follow you around the store. All employees that I have dealt with have be extremely professional, courteous, and helpful in all ways possible. In my experience the employees go above and beyond to find what you need and make sure you are satisfied before you leave their store.
