I was looking for an air purifier and had called landsdowne location, which were out of stock, and was informed they had stock here for the item I was looking for. I went to the store and was unable to locate this item. Aysa asked if I needed assistance and I told her I did. She proceeded to go above and beyond in helping me look for the item. We were unable to locate it but she made the time enjoyable and was very pleasant as well for the other associate she had got to help us look for the item. I was very pleased with my experience today.

The associates are friendly and sociable. They are quite informative as they offer direction as to which products to purchase regardless of the project.

items are not available most of the time. if available, not find our required quantity, have to go another store to get more items assistance in store is poor, employees are in lack of knowledge, whenever asked assistance, they just read on the instruction on boxes of the items, not have any additional knowledge

I didn't find product that I needed in the store, so I had to go to customer services. The associates went over and above to help place my order online and arrange for store pickup.

I always have a good experience when shopping at the Catonsville Home Depot they have excellent customer service.

I really like going to this location. The employees are very busy, however when they see a customer needs help they will stop and assist or call someone over to help you right away. That has been my experience most time, because it's a big store and I can't walk through searching for items. One employee even showed me how to use the app on my phone to same me time. Thumbs up Catonsville store.
