The experience was good, we found everything we needed and a swift trip through the checkout line.

Maybe if you would understand that the garden center access is very important on a Saturday in the spring, my review would be favorable

The associates weren't helpful. My item rang up for the wrong price at the register. The associates way of verifying if there was an error was with scanning it with their portable scanner. Refused to adjust 1 item by $3 with caused them to lose $40+ in sales. The female manager seemed to not care.

Morgen in tools and hardware was great helping me and did not quit to find what I needed. Thanks Morgen you are wonderful.

I was getting a battery for a Ryobi mower and also needed parts for a Whirlpool Dryer. Found that HD does not carry those parts but associate in the Appliances area immediately told me where I could get those parts and even pulled up the address for me. Was above and beyond the call.

I was shopping for a refrigerator today and had a wonderful experience at the Catonsville Home Depot with both Pam and Valerie. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and attentive. In an era where service seems to be lacking everywhere, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I received a really good deal and everything I was looking for was at the Catonsville location.

I asked for help for a product. Not only was the product old and worn, but the associate refused to help me. They scoffed at my pleas. The manager Maria was the rudest of them all.

I've been looking for this particular safety reflective address kit and located it at the Catonsville store. It was the last one. I owned this kit before and its durable, large numbers and the reflectors really work!

Normally— I love shopping at Home Depot..Today—A retrieval of an online purchase of a small base cabinet resulted in their loading the wrong size. My return trip took over an hour for some chatty girls to pull themselves away from their personal conversations at my interruptions and admonitions to complete my purchase. Someone needs to hold these girls accountable— and require better service!

My latest experience was superb. Roland assisted me with my vynl siding order from start to finish. Darren worked miracles at checkout because I had forgotten to get an exterior door. Then i relized i would need a truck for which LaShema was at my rescue and even assisted with locating the door vis inventory b/c the size i needed was not on the floor. Quan was kind enough to get the pallet of doors down just so that I could get the ONE I needed. I even got help loading...big THANK YOU to this Home Depot crew at Baltimore National Pike, you all rock!!!

On my visit to the store the return lines were 7 and 8 deep the entire time I was in the store. I did not have to return an item but would have not stood in that line to do so.The plumbing Isle was disorganized and blocked by items needed to be put on display. The store is often dirty and disorganized. The self-checkout stations need to be increased as checkout is slow at times.

I frequent Home Depot and have been shopping there for years. This Catonsville store is exceptional because every employee I've encountered there has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'd like to particularly thank Ron is painting (he has helped me so many times in giving his expert advice and guiding me to the correct materials I need when it comes to painting and repairing furniture), and Shannon and Kathy at the Checkout. On June 5, 2023. I visited the Catonsville store and I was assisted by the most wonderful person. Michelle at the Pro center was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Michelle went beyond the call of duty to assist with my needs. I know for a fact if I had gone to another Home Depot in the area, they would not have been as accommodating as Michelle. Michelle has such a bubbly personality and made me feel as though I was a human being and not just another customer. I am so glad that I chose to go to the Catonsville location. Michelle you are the best. Continue to shine. I had to return on 6/8/23 and once again Michelle assisted me with no hesitations. Michelle ensured that I was able to find the items that I needed. May God continue to bless you Michelle.

The assistant manager, Vida was no help and stood by while customer service called for help. She was working 1 isle over in the department that was being called. Very lackadaisical attitude. She should work somewhere else. The employees were not helpful either. This falls from the top management team.

Bought Samsung bespoke 29cu.ft. Service was super!!!! All associate showed willingness to help!!!!

I'm having my main bathroom remodeled. The first contractor I hired was awful! He took my money and did a very poor and incomplete job. Today I went to HD with the new contractor to purchase materials. The staff was very polite, professional, friendly and helpful. I shop at this store often, mostly for houseplants, LOL. Everyone's always friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely continue to shop here!!!

I feel like I was rolled out the red carpet when I walked in for just a simple item but they were very knowledgeable helpful and knew exactly what I wanted was located and even offered assistance to guide me there. CYNTHIA JAYLA and LAKEISHA are extremely polite attentive knowledgeable and professional

Two employees were extremely helpful and were pleasant in assuring that I got the help I needed. They are Suzanne in Garden and Daeja at the service desk. Thank you ladies!

Returned several items to Catonsville. I said "HI" to the man behind the counter, no response. There were no verbal exchanges during the entire transaction, no Thank you, Appreciate your business, nothing. When done the employee yelled NEXT IN LINE! Find this is a consistent behaviour at this HD! Just not right considering how much we pay for their materials!
