Latasha was the cashiers name at the customer service counter you kept telling me over and over that home depot no longer does returns without a receipt which I knew was a lie because I shop at Home Depot several times a week. I finally ran my home depot credit card and found the purchase on there but her nasty grotesque attitude is disgusting. I am a paying customer making a return if you don't like your job or dealing with customers QUIT!!!!! I will be sure to report this interaction to the corporate office. Unacceptable

I’ve been to the pro desk multiple times when there’s only been one person at the desk and it’s never moved as smoothly and quickly as it did today. The young lady with long braids, denim shirt, black pants (I wish I would’ve gotten her name) kept the line moving and seemed to still have a positive attitude even tho she was alone. I have bought many things from Home Depot over the years including a Magic Chef deep freezer, batteries, furnace air filters, counter lights, no trespassing signs, stencil numbers/letters, a sump pump, etc. I've always liked the store.

This store used to be neat and orderly where the wood is located, now there is so much junk blocking the shelves so you have to move it to he able to get to the shelves

I came with a complicated request. It required a lot of steps to resolve but got done. They were patient and kind through the entire process.

Could not get anyone to help me. I waited 20 minutes for someone to get a cabinet from the high shelf. I had to climb the ladder myself and pull it down. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I brought Rocksalt from Home Depot and the product worked great on the Icey ground. They were the only store that had this product. All the other stores were sold out.

Adriane is amazing and her expertise was greatly valued from the beginning to end regarding our blinds purchase and installation. Would definitely go to her for our next project. This Home Depot usually has everything that I need so there is no need to go elsewhere.

I am finding at most locations the female are constantly working even the older generation. But the young men are not and rarely want to provide service. I guess it's true the women make the home better.

I needed a caulk gun and the store assistant made numerous efforts to find one by going to 3 different departments, using a ladder to check the top shelving, and even checking an inventory scan

I was helped by Shanita. She had a lovely bubbly personality I felt like I was shipping with a friend. Even tho she didn’t know exactly what I was looking for she helped me until we found it. 10/10

The store was very welcoming, well organized and clean. As soon as we entered the store, the associates were available to assist. They were knowledgeable, caring, helpful and patient. The items on our list was easy to locate and available for purchase.

From product selection, to store cleanliness to customer service! This is the Home Depot to visit and gather your items for your next project or to-do list. The staff here are ultra friendly and knowledgeable about their given department as well as other departments. Not to mention the fact you will get greet by each and every staff member you so happen to walk past. I needed assistance during self check out and Ms. Shay along with Ms. Liz did what they had to do to keep my experience shopping at this location a great memorable experience indeed!

The store was clean and the restrooms were spotless. Plenty of employees available to answer questions, give directions for the area that you want. Did not have to walk all over the store to get assistance. The store was well stocked with what I needed.

To be excellent, I want quick reliable service. Be sure the online system works for the end user with prompts that say 1 or more items are online only and shipped to a designated address. Online listed 10 for Ellicott City but when Catonsville called, they had none. I was told I had to leave Catonsville and go to Reisterstown to get a $4 rain gauge. FYI - Pick up service is quicker than curbside! I went shopping for the rest of my items while customer service reps talked. The in-store rep's phone had died and had to get another one; have phones charged and ready to go. Train to enlighten unseasoned customer service reps to get a full range of scenarios; Veteran reps were busy but helped anyway and I saw good communication and teamwork. I told one rep that their name "Home Depot" implies that they would have kitchen timer. Guess I was wrong. Floor reps went above and beyond. Thank you. Store was very clean. Assistance yes, all items "no."

My search took me to the appliances. Sandra was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable about the appliance I purchased. The ratings on the appliance was good and so was the price.

Katelyn and Lamont are amazing. Great customer service in the garden center. Very hard workers and always greet/ ask how the customer is doing.

The store has gone downhill. Lumber stock is consistently absent from the shelves and, when it is there, it is all mixed up and in shambles.

Had everything I needed and Shanita made sure all of my concerns were handled. You NEED more employees like her.

I was not in the Catonsville store. I was in the Auburn, Maine store at 149 Mount Auburn Avenue, Auburn, Maine.
