Kaylynn greeted me and chatted with me like a friend. She was so pleasant and helpful checking on prices for me. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

This store is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is very clean an organized.

Kyle asked if I needed help as I walked in and proceeded to look the item up on the Home Depot app. The item I needed was not located at the Cartersville store; so, Kyle explained we could order the item in store and have it shipped to the store at no cost or delivered to my home with a shipping fee. Kyle also explained I could download the app and look any item up and it would give me the price and direct me to the item. I can even take a picture and have it automatically find it. The app shows many more thousand items than what is carried in the store.

The store is great, the employees are great and very helpful. I do not like the self checkout at ALL! I get that it is the way things are headed to in this day and time however, explain to me how Americans are supposed to be productive and support themselves if the jobs are taken by computers that o the job. One self checkout lane takes away at least 4 jobs. All home depots are going to the self pay option which is great for y'all since it cuts your labor cost. Not so good for people though since it takes away jobs from the people that need them. It also forces the customer to do the job for you that cost you no labor yet you offer no discount on the merchandise in your store to account for the reduction in your labor cost. So for Home Depot its a win win less labor more money same price for all the merchandise. Less labor on the bottom line zero benefit to the consumer for having to ring up and cash themselves out since we all still pay full price for your merchandise

The store was clean well organized and well stocked. The associates are very helpful, never go in without an associate asking do I need any help finding anything. Good quality products and good selections. the location of the store is perfect, easy to get in and out. It just feels right when you enter the store.

I have had the pleasure to meet an Amazing Associate by the name of KC aka Cassandra in customer service. She pleasantly helped me.. she even had to call in to customer service for assistance for me because the system would not let her process it. I have gone to Lowe's and some other hardware store that I cannot remember the name and it wasn't as nearly pleasant as it is to go into the Home Depot Store in Cartersville on Gentilly Rd. All of the associates in addition to KC such as Alice, Telisa, Ed and many many more are so pleasant and kind ...always willing to help.

The store is always clean and laid out good. Scott was super helpful went out of his way to make sure I understood and explained everything good! Even went to area where things were reduced, because item I was looking for there was one there, thanks again Scott for your help!

Everyone was very helpful though out every process from start to finish. I had several stops in the store and had no problem finding a person to help guide me in my decision making.

A very tall young man who worked in the freight department, stopped stocking a shelf and went out of his way to help me locate several items. He was kind, patient and helpful. I sincerely appreciated his willingness to work with me.

The employees in my opinion are a little lazy, polite but lazy. Im not sure why no once got the manager for me, but that's ok. There are many other places to get what I need.

It's hard to find answers to questions many times, but this seems par for the course with box stores.

My experience has always been positive at this location, even when something goes wrong, they correct the issue. Today, I experienced several employees offering to assist me at various points during my visit. Upon going to the check out, I met a very nice lady, Karen, who assisted me with a smile and upbeat personality. I walked out of the store feeling as though I had just spoken with friends and that my business was appreciated. I am just a do it yourselfer, but you'd have thought I was a contractor. Keep up the good work.

I am very impressed that the store is always kept very clean and stocked. The staff are always willing to help and will go out of their way to help find what I need.

We seem to be able to find everything we are looking for and some really great deals, also helpful friendly staff.
