My cashier, Tosha was very helpful in getting me set up with store credit, up to spending time to get my credit increased so that I could get the full discount on the purchase. Despite some delays out of her control, she was apologetic and helpful in moving the process along. GREAT customer service.

I stopped at the Cartersville Home Depot last month as they had everything in stock I needed for landscaping. I found this Home Depot to be incredibly helpful! I was warmly greeted at the door by a man who you could tell, really enjoyed being *the meet and greet person*. It was a genuine *Hi and Welcome! * Going into Garden one of the ladies working there instantly offered her assistance, which I needed as I was doing pine bark with larger landscaping bricks around them. One island would have another layer with stones. All my questions were answered, and it was so helpful. Recently, I was ready for the stones and went to this Home Depot again. I asked one of the Home Depot employees if there were any gardening carts as I didn't see any not in use in gardening. She said... "Take that one, right there" and removed what was on it so I could have it. This store is *Above and Beyond* what customer service is at most stores in today's world. It was busy that day I was getting calico stones. This is where the Cartersville store just pulls on your heartstrings... two customers, men, walked into the area I was in. Instantly one of the men said... "How many bags do you need?" and was loading them for me. He said, "I can come put them in your car for you as well if needed." I told him Home Depot would have one of their employees do that for me. And thanked him so much for his kindness. I had only pulled the cart with the 7 bags of calico stones a short distance when two young guys said... "Do you want us to take that for you? These were customers! Two guys one probably a late teen and one maybe early 20's offered to help me with my cart. I was pulling the cart and I said, "If you can just help me turn it around so I can push it that would make is better as it is easier to push than pull it". They turned it around for me. Again, I thanked them for their kindness. In today's world, I am not used to this graciousness and kindness. It was so lovely. As I was pushing the cart to the checkout a man, standing beside a Home Depot employee asked if I needed help loading the bags of stone. I told him, "Yes, that would be wonderful", And a Home Depot employee, a young man, came and waited for me to finish checking to escort me to my car and load the bags of heavy stone for me. So, I will say again... The Cartersville Home Depot is the best Home Depot because of both its employees and its customers. It is amazing. Thank you, Cartersville... Home Depot employees and people in the area. You are wonderful.

Bought a refrigerator and dishwasher from this store and the service provided to facilitate the purchase was exceptional.

Purchased numerous items, wide range of products, employees were so friendly and gracious.

I had a bad experience today, but generally Home Depot is my go to place.
