It's the employees that keep me shopping at this Home Depot. They are always helpful.

My reviews are always the same....the Cartersville Home Depot has the BEST employees. I refer to them as my Peeps. Familiar faces each trip and always a hello and a friendly atmosphere. Chances are, if you walk in the Cartersville store grumpy, you will walk out happy!

Taniah was very helpful

This store has installed cameras above each self-checkout that have super bright white flashing lights that will absolutely blind you. It's been two hours since I left and my eyes still hurt and I am seeing white flashes. I AM FURIOUS!

Christina was so happy, positive & uplifting. More cashiers like her are needed in the community.

I came in and bought a stair railing the night before in which I purchased the wrong type. I am not in construction and wasn't sure which kind I needed. I came in the very next morning and the customer service employee was super friendly and made the return very easy. I went back to the wood area and the gentlemen who cut the wood did so very professionally and seemed happy to help. The cashier Russell was very pleasant and helped me with my purchase and he seemed like he really valued my business by being helpful and friendly. Great experience.

I was placing an order on-line and they did not have enough of the product for my complete job. I called them to see if they could get an item from another store. Heidi did a great job and found that there were 4 items in-stock and made my order complete. At other stores, they would have not taken the effort.

Excellent customer service in arranging and processing the sale and scheduling the install and delivery!!!!

Recently, it is depressing to buy lumber and supplies for even small jobs. And people seem to be in jobs they're not qualified for or worse, not interested in doing. Today, I stopped in our local Home Depot for some lumber and at the checkout was told that I needed to use "APP" to "name" the job and get credit in my PRO account. The cashier knew exactly how to update my information and didn't skip a beat (even while waiting on other customers at the same time) to fix my account. It restores my faith that there are still people that "know how" and "can do" (did). Glad to see it.

Home Depot is a great American Company that provides excellent residential and commercial products and services.

Exceptional. Every time I Come to Home Depot this particular store is clean well stocked the employees are kind and helpful. You can tell it’s managed well.

Our cashier Russell was amazing on helping us get the product unlocked and making sure we found everything we needed. Everytime we have come across him he has been kind, friendly, and helpful.

I was in Cartersville visiting a relative and stopped by Home Deport Cartersville to pick up a fall mum for my porch. The garden area had a good variety of plants and was well stocked. I was greeted upon walking into the area and offered assistance by Russell. This store seems to have it's customer service in place!

Leanne Price was very patient and helpful to us while we were picking out our carpet. She also got the best price she could for our budget. We were also very pleased at how pleasant she is!

Every piece of lumber, screw, tile, carpeting, electrical wire, and so on in our motorhome came from Home Depot. Your employees knew the job and came through for me spectacularly! Thanks so much!

I went to the Home Depot in Cartersville GA and even though they were short handed, Sal the associate that came to help me was knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. He was covering several departments but did not rush me or try to sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed with His customer service!

I came in to buy supplies to refurbish furniture, and quickly realized i didn’t know what i was doing. Bo helped me find exactly everything I need and explained why I needed each item. Excellent customer service!!!!

Had a great experience in the paint department on 10/27/21. Employees went above and beyond. All store staff pleasant and helpful.
