The Cartersville store is always super clean. Well stocked and they have a lot of friendly associates to help you.

Spring is here and I'm back!!! All my peeps at the Cartersville Home Depot, once again, made my shopping experience a good one! Thanks to Alice and Telisa in customer service, Jeffery in the nursery and Jon Allen for being so helpful and pleasant.

I WANT TO COMMEND TWO PARTICULAR ASSOCIATES ON THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH MARTHA AND HEATHER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US FIND A PARTICULAR TOOL THAT WE NEEDED TO COMPLETE A PROJECT. IF NOT FOR THEM WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA WEEK WAITING ON ONE TO SHIP BUT THEY SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW AND USED ALL THE MAGIC TO FIND ONE HIDING IN THIS STORE!! SO THANKFUL!!

Should demand that masks are worn. Refuse entry and people will get point. I wear my mask to protect them and would like them to wear one to protect me from them.

I cannot say enough about Darlene. It was interesting that two years ago I bought a washer and dryer and she was the sales person and was fantastic then. Now I am buying cabinets and she was fantastic again!!! you should give here a raise :)

STEPHEN THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT LOSTEN TO MYCONCERN BECASUE HE SAID HE WAS TOO BUSY. WANDA WAS AMAZING. THIS STORE NEEDS TO TRAIN ASSOCIATED TO HELP IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. STEPHEN TOTALLY EMABARSSED AND HUMLIATED ME IN FRONT OF YOUR STAFF, ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND MYDAUGHTER.

i went to purchase a dryer because my quit working. employee wasn't friendly nor that helpful. He told me it would be November 30, 2020 before its delivered. So I'm having to take my laundry to a laundry mat!!! very disappointed

I find the Cartersville Home Depot to have a very good selection of the things we are looking for at the best prices and with very good customer service.

Josh, Kevin and Melanie and other employees at this store understand Customer Service and apply the principles daily. Nice place to shop for home improvement items.

I had someone refuse to match a paint color that I pulled off their color wall in this store. The lady told me she couldn’t mix the color. She didn’t even try or ask anyone for help. Last week I came in the store to pick up a store pick up and watched 4 associates have casual conversations while I waited. They made eye contact with me but never acknowledged that I was there waiting service. Finally I spoke up. Said I was waiting to help, the lady got the attention of the associate in charge of store pick up named “Skip”. He proceeded to act like it was a problem I needed help so I told them I would just cancel my order to ease their hassle. I called to cancel the order, requested a manager and was hung up on.

This store is OUTSTANDING! Of course everything I needed was in stock . . . what made this experience excellent was the interaction with the staff. Each and every member of staff I encountered was knowledgeable, helpful and worked with me to solution my various projects. And . . . If you have a load of dumb questions on lighting, SAL will be your hero! He knows what he is talking about and takes the time to find out what you need. Every one of his picks / suggestions worked perfectly. Sal, thanks again for your help!

I recently moved to Dallas, Ga from the Marietta/Smyrna area. I have shopped at the Austell and Cumberland stores for years. Since moving to Dallas, I have been mainly going to the Hiram store. However this past week I decided to try Cartersville... I was so impressed with this store for so many reasons. I will continue to make the “longer” trip to Cartersville from now on. The store and product selection is much larger, and most importantly the sales associates are ALL very friendly and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with Fran in appliances who helped me design and order my new kitchen. I will be back this weekend to buy our appliances from him, he is the best!!!!!
