Great store. Very clean and well organized. Staff were friendly but not suffocating. Sufficient products seemingly across the store, even late on a Tuesday night.

Linda in the paint department is amazing. She was helping several customers at once. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made it a great shopping experience. The checker Celeste was very friendly and efficient. They have great employees at this store.

people that work here know what they are doing and are very helpful and really care about the customer

The store that is closer to us is the store on Butterfield, but I always get WAAAY better customer service here. Even when we bought out cabinets, $11000 worth, I could not get anyone at the Butterfield location to call me back. The Carol Stream location took care of us and at a cheaper price!

Employees were smiling and helpful from the moment I entered the store. It just made my shopping experience so enjoyable and not at all time consuming . The self checkout was convenient too.

Everyone in the store really knows their stuff! Ask for any product... they know where it is & will take you to it! Their employees are great resources to bounce ideas off of and will go out of their way to help with any project (even if it means cutting you a sample or building a prototype right there in the store isles)! The paint dept. is second to none. I love the Carol Stream store and everyone who works there. If you are a DIY'er or a contractor, this place will be your best friend and secret weapon to getting your projects done right!

I have been using this store for about 7 years, and my visits have been consistently marked by excellent professional knowledge, courtesy and respect for the customer, and sound advice. We've now just replaced all our kitchen appliances, and washer and drier, and the Carol Stream Facility once more came through, in the person of Mr. Duc, with a wealth of knowledge, understanding of customer needs and preferences, respect for customer opinion (even when it is not entirely correct), bringing to bear a wealth of professional expertise to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

I was greeted when I entered and directed to the proper department. I actually brought the product back the next day because I had some concerns that it was not properly sealed. There was no problem with an exchange.

This is good store and sales people know what they are doing.
