I went with my husband to shop for tomato plants and hanging basket flowers. I was happy to see heirloom tomatoes (which I bought) and beautiful Calibrachoa baskets. The hummingbird that returns every year loves to sip nectar from those type of flowers, which we can see from our kitchen window. My husband has set up waterers at the edge of our porch overhang above each basket on a timer complete with a liquid fertilizer dispenser, so I don’t have to water them every day during the hot summer. This was before adding the porch railing.

Everything I have gotten here has been great and the service and prices are good.

This is our favorite Home Depot by far. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Steve J who went above and beyond to help us and offer guidance on our projects and questions. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been shopping at the Carol Stream Home Depot for over 10 years. They’re always friendly and willing to help, even when I don’t need any help during my visit. There’s always a good vibe when I shop.

To make a long story short, I try returning the broken futon that I bought two or three weeks ago and the manager refused and was so rude that she could care less about her customers.

Love HD, every one is helpful and the slection is very good.

I had to run to Home Depot to get one item. I was VERY disappointed with the inability to use Apple Pay when checking out, as I can with most of the other places I shop. It's the kind of thing that makes me want to shop at another home improvement store.

I was in today with my fiancé and as we bought a new house we were in there looking for a couple different things! Angie was very helpful and kind! Even though she was passed her clock out time she never once rushed us. We had some appliances to order so she waiting patiently for us to finish all of our shopping to check us out! She was amazing!

I bought glue, paint, wood, nails, screws, Dremel Tools and expandable foam at this Home Depot, and I'm so glad I did.

Manager, Joe, went above & beyond to help rectify a return question and problem that I had with a recent purchase. The whole staff here has great attitudes, and it’s truly a great place to shop at and give business to. Highly recommend prioritizing visiting this location!

Can't say enough good things about Rene at the Professional Services desk. On multiple occasions, I needed to make sure I had process and product (all the items I) needed for a project. He gots tons of praise from me for his detailed advice and excellent help.

I found my wonderful utility cart here that I use every weekend. I bought tomato and pepper plants for my balcony and today I purchased a dual Orchid plant and special food and soil for it. I am hooked.

This store in general employs friendly and helpful workers. Don in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dave Talcott is also friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a new washer and dryer, and everyone I dealt with was courteous, and professional and resolved any concerns I had.

Had everything I needed for plumbing project. The personal were personable as well as knowledgable.

I bought a bean jar planter from the Carol Stream store yesterday. I have yet to fill it, but I have been researching the price on these from several garden centers and found them to be very highly priced. I hope this one will works as beautiful as it looks,. Signed excited!!

Store always has everything in stock and numerouses levels of tools, sprayers and deals.

I bought my appliances here, as well as my washer/dryer unit. Every time I come to this location, the employees here are incredibly helpful.

When possible, I travel to this further away to this store because the customer service is top notch. Christian was especially helpful!

I am working on a flooring project with the Carol Stream Home Depot. It's not complete yet, so I can't comment on delivery or installation yet. But I wanted to write a review about the staff. The flooring staff and floor manager were very helpful, patient and professional. I appreciated their help in making sure every detail was correct on my order. They were kind, too, and made me walk out with a smile. I mean, that in itself is worthy of 5 stars.

Received outstanding counsel and explanations when went to purchase a grill. This saved me tons of research time and effort! Staff are accessible, super-friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, experienced, genuine, competent, and receptive.

Recently purchased a new Weber grill and received exceptional service at this store. I highly recommend the staff at this location. Sheryl, Trish, and Mark are awesome and knowledgeable!
