Our cashier, DAVID, in lawn & garden was so friendly and super helpful. He asked if we had found everything and actually listened as I told him what I had not found. He interacted with us, gave us suggestions and was very helpful. He continually worked as he talked and took time with us while not wasting time on us. A SUPER CASHIER -- DAVID is a KEEPER!

Our purchase of flooring for our condo was made much simpler because of an excellent choice of high quality products (laminate, sheet vinyl and carpet) that met our budget requirements and the extremely knowledgeable employees that assisted us. We definitely recommend this Home Depot location.

I went in with a problem and was helped greatly by Sarah at the Carol Stream store! I deeply appreciated all her help and solving my request/problem and not giving up on me!!! Now that's dedication!!!

there is always someone available to help with heavy or bulky items, such as a Christmas tree, bags of mulch or a heavy boxed lawn mower. Almost always they appear without asking for help

We grow most of our flowers on site but having the Carol Stream Home Depot 'Garden' so close for supplemental color is a true blessing.

I was at this carol stream store and this young man Pressley was such a great help I often visit this store and he always is so nice. It’s his name that grabbed my attention

This is typically my preferred Home Depot location, but on this past trip I was accused of shoplifting. Thanks Home Depot associate Margie for embarrassing and humiliating me. I wish I received a call back from management or else I would not be writing this review.

My husband and I stop by this location not expecting much. Just buy supplies for our home. We had an excellent experience. Elizabeth our cashier took her time with me trying to apply for the credit card the other cashier another super friendly gentleman was happy to help every other customer and even went outside cover the bed of the truck we rented and helped my husband load our purchase! We were wow, we definitely would come back just for the 2 of them. Thank you

This is a great store. They always have what I want, in stock, and at a great price. I always have a choice of products. The employees are friendly and know the stock well. They can direct you to exactly where a product is. I love the convenience of the location, too.

I came into the store today and met two amazing associates Shirley and Peony. They took the time out of their day to listen to my wants and concerns and helped me purchase a patio set. Excellent store, great quality plants in garden center with a wide selection at reasonable prices.

The Carol Stream Store is always happy and busy. Parking is great, you are greeted as you enter and there is always someone willing to help. Selection is good and items are in stock. We recently updated out laundry room and Steve in kitchen design was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Really knows his stuff!!!

Great experience at this store. Tom (in the white Cubs hat) went above and beyond to help me find the chairs I was looking for that I tried multiple stores for. He didn’t give up when they weren’t where they normally were or when they weren’t in the back, and he eventually found them in an unusual spot. I was so thankful for him, and the whole time he had such a helpful and positive attitude.

I have lived in Wheaton since 1971 - not sure when this Home Depot was built but I have been going there ever since it opened for everything imaginable for the 3 homes I've owned. Purchased a whole house generator, redid two bathrooms, patio furniture, painted every room, garden plants, ceiling fans, light fixtures, wood, plumbing, electrical, you name it - I have purchased it. It's so close to home and employees are very helpful.

I found what I needed. I like the discounted prices.
