I shop here all the time and love this store! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and whenever I need to return something it’s always a “no-hassle” experience. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

The store is very clean and the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I'm no pro - I'm a middle-aged woman who is doing a few things to spruce up our 30 year old home. I have consistently received great service and helpful advice from employees on everything from paint to switchplate covers to bathroom hardware to window coverings. And their outdoor seasonal plants and Christmas trees always beat others on price.

Store employee helped me put a new toilet in my SUV and followed me home to help me get it out of my car.

This store has consistently exceeded my expectations. The employees are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean, and it generally is well stocked.

Generally I have a good impression of this store, but my latest online order (picked up at this store) was a big disappointment. I was given an open-box item and the installation hardware is missing. It delayed my scheduled work and I have to bring it back for a return. It is a big hassle.

Great Service every time I go.

I stopped in to pick up contact paper. I went to the paint department first, because I thought it would be there (I looked for it myself, first), but it wasn't. There was an employee stocking a shelf, and I asked him if he could point me in the right direction for it. He was very pleasant and showed me where it was. It has mostly always been that way for me. Love Home Depot! I didn't rate it 5 stars, as it's a big store, and there is always room for improvement.

Clean and organized garden department. Check out lady, Sheryl was excellent, very nice and friendly.

Great store and the people really go out of the way to help.

Home Depot strikes me as a more contractor oriented store than a store for a novice home owner. This is a "positive". The well informed employees and selection of items available are more geared toward completing more professional quality projects. Rather than offering cheap quick fixes that result in shoddy outcomes. Home Depot, products and staff offer more quality and information for the Novice than the other general home improvement stores.

Terrific customer service. We rented a Penske truck there and it was clean, affordable and easy.

The customer service is amazing! I am always asked if I need help by friendly employees. Just had kitchen cabinets designed by Fred and he is AWESOME!!! He knows his stuff, was very patient and kind, and designed a beautiful kitchen for us. It was very important to him that we were happy with the design. We also ordered the counter tops through him. Majorie is also wonderful in the cabinet dept. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I love this store because of the great customer service! Also the store is super clean and this makes it very pleasant to shop in.

Had a $400 increase in labor and materials during installation. This was on top of $900 for the installation that was quoted and paid for from the site survey/measurement. Very disappointing.

Employees were extremely helpful and patient. I arrived around 8:30PM to purchase an appliance package and had multiple questions as well as coupons and gift cards to apply. John and Tom were more than happy to help and made my complex order as smooth as possible, not to mention it took until 5 minutes after store closing to complete my order. Thanks again for your help guys!

This is the best Home Depot to shop in the area as far as customer service goes. They have a great team of employees who are not only friendly, but helpful and knowledgeable.
