I can always depend on Home Depot to have what I am looking for. The associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. Today was the first and only time I was extremely displeased with the woman in the paint department. I did fill out a survey, I hope Home Depot truly reads and takes the advice of their customers. One associate ruining a person’s shopping experience can move them to go elsewhere.

Went to the store to buy some lumber and needed some precise cuts made to plywood we purchased. The store employee who cut our lumber was extremely attentive and made every effort to cut it exactly as we requested. Excellent experience!

We purchased a washer and dryer today from this location. We had the most incredible customer service from a man named Duc that works in the appliance department. He was knowledgeable, friendly and beyond patient with us. I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends after this experience. Home Depot is fortunate to have a man like Duc representing their name and working with their customers.

The store was very clean, the products were easy to find and the assistance from workers were the top of the line!! The tool rental employees were very friendly and helpful. The shopping experience was awesome!

This store sets itself apart from the others because there is a great core group of employees that are very good at training the newer and seasonal employees and are always there to assist or backup if there are any issues. It seems the employees have been at this store for quite some time and are therefore very experienced and very helpful. I shop at this store typically daily and sometimes twice a day when I come across surprises in my work. I purchase and rehab homes for myself and clients and refer this store to everyone. From Ed in Tool rentals to Rene in building materials to Patty at the cashier and Rob on flooring... this store has a lot of very helpful experienced employees that make time in the store very productive so I can get back to my jobs quickly. The purchase on app and pickup in store experience is typically seamless and really saves time. No other store compares to the hassle free experience HD consistently provides. The ProRewards program sends me gift cards for my rebates and the Paint Rewards program saves me 20% off all my Behr Paint purchases. I try to do all the home improvement shopping I can at this store because when I have to goto a competitor for items I cannot get at HD I am always reminded of why I stick with HD and don’t have to drive into a gated yard to pickup anything...maybe that tells you something about how happy those competitors shoppers are that they need gates and security guards! Keep up the great work HD Carol Stream!

This is a great store with excellent Covid precautions. Just stay away from Home Depot on-line orders as the system is lacking good/safe product packaging and the customer service experience has been poor at best.

Store is always clean and stocked with the items that i have looked for. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about your products and they go out of there way to make sure i fine what i am looking for. My favorite hardware store.

We were shopping for new kitchen countertops, sink and garbage disposal. We worked with Design Consultant Steve Jungling. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the products. It made what can otherwise be a stressful experience, fun and enjoyable. Even though we weren't looking to purchase a backsplash at this time, he took us to that area with a sample of our countertop and made suggestions to us. He also helped us with obtaining a credit card and walked with us to the check out to make sure everything went smoothly. The store was clean and layed out nicely.

Plenty of employees (unlike other stores) to help who are very knowledgeable and friendly which makes it much more easier to shop.

You can not go wrong shopping at Home Depot. They have what you need. The employees are polite. With a sincere desire to assist you.

Paint department is lazy and doesn't want to mix paint.

Employees made no effort to wear their face masks correctly. Half of them had the mask only over their mouth and not their nose. One employee, Danielle, had hers down over her chin! Come on, people, if you want customers to shop with confidence during this crisis, WEAR YOUR FACE MASKS LIKE ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE!

Associated were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well lit and clean. Prices were competitive with other home improvement stores.

This is a very well-run store. It’s clean, well-stocked, organized, and the staff work hard to welcome and help people. Really nice people work here who really want to help me. Not every store is like this! (I could tell you stories!) I like to shop here—I would even say I feel like I see my helpful friends when I shop here, and that means they are doing something right. Excellent management. Great job, staff! Wonderful store.

I have visited many other Home Depot stores, I find this store most helpful, and efficient. I know the employees by face and many by name. There's no place like Home

I can always depend on getting qualified help in selecting the products needed for various jobs I'm involved with and the time finding the right equipment or supplies is not wasted as the signage is very good. This store is always very clean and well organized

Was looking for new kitchen counter tops and was helped by Evelyn Spagnuolo, Design Consultant. She was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. Went over and beyond the "call of duty". Amazing experience because of her. Very thankful.

Always neat and fully stocked

I like to go to this store to buy anything that I need for my home I like the fact that when I walk in Someone greets me and right away they help me and direct me where I need to go to get what I need sometimes they move things by rearranging and they tell me where it is so that my shopping is faster thank you Home Depot.

I purchased a Makita brushless drill combo for less then the advertised priced because a Sales personnel (Keith) felt they should have had my original combo available, which was less, but was out of stock. 1) Original combo to purchase was a single speed drill driver and impact drill with two 3.0 ah batteries for $179 2) Purchased combo multi-speed drill driver and impact drill both brushless with two 4.0 ah batteries for $199

This is a good Home Depot. Good service, good selection, good parking.

This is our go-to HD. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They ususally have whatever I'm looking for. Good garden center, too.

Their associate Niel Cox in mill work is a very knowledgeable and friendly. An outstanding associate. He will get my return business. The whole store is clean the associates are friendly and helpful.

We went to Home Depot to buy a new snow blower. Our salesman was helped us with everything from getting the snow blower to helping us rent a truck and getting it to our home and back! Frank is the kind of salesman ever store employee should strive for: Kind, helpful and considerate!!
