The Home Depot needs to quit playing games with Veteran discounts. Either honor them or don't!

Shelby was the only helpful employee in the store. We’ve had nothing but issues and only order our flooring from here because it’s exclusively here but I won’t shop here for anything ever. It’s nothing but a frustrating experience. I was charged for a delivery fee without even being offered a chance to pick it up and then when I said I was picking it up, Shelby refunded the delivery fee for me and then they charged an item that I didn’t even order and they didn’t even have in stock and refunded that as well.

Mr. Jim Anderson was very professional and knowledgeable of the items available and deals offered.

I've shopped at other Home Depot's and today's customer service was by far a very positive experience! I will gladly continue to shop this store even if I have to go out of my way to get there.

Ada in Appliances was great. She was experienced and helpful. I am not always happy with customer service at the Home Depot but she was an exception to the rule. Keep up the good work Ada.

The associated Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions.

Nice, clean, well designed store with friendly associates. It would be nice if they built a new store at exit 285 on I-75. There is a huge population explosion getting ready to happen here, with 8000 homes in just one of the communities. There are other big box stores closer than H. D. who may come between all those people and your stores.

This store is super clean and the Staff is very friendly and professional.

This store is the best when it comes to best prices in regard to other home improvement stores. When I search on line for products , I always come back to HomeDepot and am not disappointed each time..

I went to the store to have two sets of door locks rekeyed. While waiting for the lock service, I shopped the paint department to get some spray paint for a couple projects at my home then returned to the key area to receive my keyed locks. While standing there, not one, but two female associates came to me at separate times and made a comment directly to me that I was using the paint to make graffiti on a wall. This is a very serious and inappropriate comment to make to me as a man of color. I spoke to the store manager Teresa about the situation and plan to follow up to see what was said or done to the two store associates.

The store is often sloppy with very few knowledgable workers on the sales floor to help. The cashiers are often rude and poorly trained.

Friendly staff that greet you upon entry and safe protocols to help keep customers safe. I prefer this Home Depot because of the clean atmosphere, and on demand stocked items. The employees are very Professional and guide you along the path to checkout.

I have ordered on line twice. Both times I had to wait over an hour for my order to be pulled, even though I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jim Anderson, Appliance Specialist, who patiently helped us review various Maytag washer and dryer sets on-line. He listened to the type of products we needed and within 5 minutes he located the perfect Maytag product we desired. Great experience and excellent pricing. Keep up the outstanding job you do for the community and military veterans.

We were in the hardware area and this older gentleman with a mask on (I should have asked his name) went out of his way to help us to get everything we needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. That’s how most of the employees in this branch are!

The staff at this store is so very nice and very helpful. It is always good to shop for things here because if I need help I can always find a staff member to help me. This is SO much better than other stores.

Excellent selection and friendly staff

I have shopped at this store for about twenty years and have never been treated so badly. However, it appears that this is now the norm. My granddaughter (a marine engineer) went to buy a ballast for a florescent fixture. She was approached by an associate who intimated that she didn't know what she was doing and was informed that she should have brought the old ballast with her. This young lady has probably changed out more florescent ballasts in one 75 day sailing period than this man had changed in his entire life. Your associates are arrogant and condescending. If we want help, we'll ask for it. Unsolicited assistance is not appreciated.

Every time I shop there, there’s always a friendly employee who is knowledgeable and willing to help me, many times they will walk with me to show where the product is!
