This garden center went from the best around to that absolute worst. Their plants have scales and mealy bugs, and the rest of the plants are dying while the remainder fo the garden center is in disarray.

This store has very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and easy to find things that you need.

Best Location in Tampa / Wesley Chapel, ASK FOR MATHEW! He is one of The most INCREDIBLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, employee's at HOME DEPOT! Mathew actually listens to you and then shows you the different products. THEN EXPLAINS THE FEATURES OF EACH AND THE BEST PRICE POINT. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mathew, simply imagine every positive word, then synonyms description, in the Thesaurus! Also, I have to mention the wonderful cashier,Nicole M. She was SO pleasant and quick. They knew I am having some treatment for Cancer, Thus, she was expeditious in the items from my long list without even having to be asked. Since I have been shopping here, 16 yrs. most everyone knows me. Everyone from this store, including the kind manager. are the BEST at WHAT THEY DO!!! I could not make it through at the very end, so I asked to pay for what they had wrung up so far and deliver the rest. He was wonderful. There I was sitting on the floor, IT was surprisingly clean enough to sit on! The Manager is arranging everything, the cashier,Nicole M. is taking care of finishing the sales and the incredible MATHEW was kneeling down telling me a GREAT STORY!! This store is better than other I have visit here in Toa area, clean, cashier's at front are very friendly, courteous and ready to help you, however in the floor there is few people or none to help you. I needed to ask about a window but I saw two people seating and one of them yawning, I felt like I was bothering someone so I just left

Eileen Quiles in the appliance department was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. It has been tough to find certainly quality brands of dishwashers due to Covid shortages.

We had a very positive experience shopping at the store. Our sales person did a fantastic job with her knowledge and guidance while making our purchase. This store is an A+ all the way. Associates initiate communication and assistance with customers, the store is very clean and organized. The customer service from each associates is top-notch. Most associates are very knowelagble of the products in the store and are very eager to help you find remedies for your projects. Big Kudos to all associates... they are what makes this store GREAT!

My husband and I went to this store to purchase a new toilet and pedestal sink. Both Gregg and John V. were in the aisle ready to assist us with our toilet purchase. After that, we moved on and I realized I forgot my measuring tape but right away, Greg was more than helpful to loan me his. Next up was trying to find the sink. John V. came and climbed the ladder to search the shelf for the sink that went with the pedestal. He loaded both items on our cart. I will also say that the center aisle was filled with store employees looking to assist you. In other similar stores, it was good luck trying to find help. We were very pleased with this store.

YES, THE STORE WAS CLEAN, EASY ACCES TO THINGS WE WERE LOKING FOR. STAFFS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND KIND.

The store was neat and organized. I requested assistance in finding the pressure washers and was directed right to them. When I requested assistance at Customer Service to load the item in my cart Eileen actually went outside and brought the correct cart needed to load the item on and she called for assistance to lift it. She checked me out and made sure I had assistance loading the item in my vehicle. Very good service.

Efficient store due to helpful and friendly employees. I was assisted in finding my needed products. I received necessary help to get through SELF CHECKOUT. I was in and out very quickly as a satisfied customer.

Clean, organized, knowledgeable and friendly staff, conveniently located, ample parking - I go to all the Home Depot stores in the area, but this one is my favorite!

Went to purchase a Genie Garage door opener for my house. I also wanted to put a battery backup system on it. I noticed the there were no battery backup system on display and figured that I would have to order one online later. No employees came in that area while I looked at several openers. I was in that area for 45 minutes or more! If someone had stopped to check on me and ask if I had any questions I wouldn't have bought the wrong system. As it turns out, the Genie Silentmax model 3053-TSV does not have a battery backup system that can be added later. I found this out after I installed the opener. It works well but I wanted to add battery backup.

The staff at this store is knowledgable, friendly and always helpful.

This store is way better than the Zephyrhills store. I travel 10 minutes out my way to come to this location
