If you shop at Home Depot on a daily basis like myself this store in New Tampa is the best. Everyone here is respectful and friendly. Customer service is on point.

If you shop here, look for Kevin and Jessica. I usually hate going to Home Depot because I can never find the help I need. This experience however was above and beyond great. Will definitely be going here instead of Lowe’s from now on!

After having the delivery of two damaged dryers I am frustrated by this particular Home Depot experience. I would like to recognize Ada, in the appliance department for helping me secure a replacement. She was helpful and competent.

I came looking for a product that the Home Depot website said there was 4 of. I ended up coming to the store and not finding any in stock. I ended up with a similar product and the cashier Kevin was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and even gave me a discount. It would have been nice to find the product I was looking for originally but overall I can’t complain thanks to the customer service I was provided. I rate my experience a 4.5 if I had the option.

Worst store experience I’ve had. It seems like Home Depot flooring is just interested in stealing $35 deposit that is non refundable, pay for project and cannot deliver on goods and services! Misinformation and no information!! Too many employees in orange bibs wasting Home Depot money and can’t help but getting paid! With no empathy to customers concerns! Thankfully Home Depot in centennial Colorado at the south lands mall is still rated #1 and I’ve never had a problem with them!! Renovated my home and townhouse in Colorado; but tried to use Home Depot in Brooklyn ny at starett city and now in Tampa Florida and I’m still in shock and disbelief how I’m treated!! Is it an east coast thing to be nasty and rude!!??

I received fantastic assistance here from John V. the associate ! I was looking for lock options for my doors to stop my visiting MIL with alzheimer's from getting out of the house & wandering & also from getting into certain rooms & rearranging things. I didn't want to alter my doors dramatically, John looked at lock options with me patiently & discussed how each might or might not function based on the types of rooms & doors we needed them on. Ultimately he showed me to the childproofing section & looked at the safety items there & we fond multiple great solutions that have worked well & kept my MIL & our home safe. So pleased, great staff at this store. He really took the time to hear me problem & worked with me to resolve it with compassion.

Associates are very helpful at this store

Store is always clean and most of the time, the products needed are available. However, because of utmost importance is the service we receive as customers, I have seen a major improvement in this area. Keep up the good work and have your employees deliver service with a smile, it makes a huge difference.

Once inside a Home Depot, I could be in any one, in Philly or Tampa. Since you guys opened decades ago you've always been cool with me. The first place I think of when house or garden stuff is needed... Home Depot.

Eileen and the cashiers are friendly and fast in checking you out at the register. They were able to help me with an issue with my coupon that was sent to me from Home Depot.

The stores are clean and the products are easy to find, The y have isle numbers and labels of products. I f I can not find it, all I have to do is ask somebody most of them know where the place where the Item I am looking is. If there nobody in the area I am interested in, all I have to is ask somebody or go to customer service and they will page somebody too help me. And the associates are friendly and helpful. Sometime we ended up having laughs of some situationsI gave about the old product I was replacing.
