Never had a bad experience at this store and never ran into a "bad day" clerk. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Just like the old "neighborhood " hardware store.

We really enjoy coming to your store. Y'all are always willing to help and your associates are helpful and knowledgeable.Your store is the best kept secret but I'm letting everyone know. we want to thank you and your staff for making all of our experience a great one.

This store is staffed with a fleet of very friendly and helpful folks! As to meeting our material needs, they had almost everything and we were thrilled with the service!!

Excellent service throughout the store. I shopped several department. Starting from the courtesy and professional phone service! Great job guys to Appliance/fans/flooring (measurements Thanks! Tina) and cabinets. It makes it better went a kind voice and heart are patient enough to listen and help. They made my little funds work!

I have had such a great experience with this store. I really have nothing negative to say about it. From direct interaction to Home Depot Direct to phone call conversations, they are all willing and friendly when I ask for help. One person in particular, Christine, has been super great with the shipment of my vanities. Even though it is the holidays and they are plenty busy with store needs and other customers, she always makes me feel like what I need is top priority. That is great customer service, and having that as a positive goes a long way with me!

Absolutely no help...plenty of employees, but they are not required to help or be friendly...and don't even think about talking to a manager there to busy for customers.

The Home Depot store in Brenham Texas is always clean and orderly. Some times you are greeted at the door when you enter the store. There is always an employee that is available to assist you in finding what you are looking for and the employees are always friendly.

Clean, staff is very helpful great products I just can't say enough good things about this store. I always have a good experience when I shop here. Was taken directly to the product, which was a riding lawn mower, item was brought to the register and was taken out to my trailer for me. The store was impeccable and one of the friendliest groups of people. Great shopping experience.

If you are in Brenham and need to purchase any appliances, Please go to Home Depot behind Walmart and see Verdie and Roxanna. They will make sure you get what you need for whatever budget you have. They took excellent care of me.

This is the friendliest store and they provide the best customer service I have ever received at any Home Depot! I prefer the manager, the garden associates, in fact-everyone with whom I come in contact. They consistently exceed my expectations- compared to any other store!
