Found foam insulation i was looking for. The man was helpful to assist me.

I found everything I needed plus some! Associates were very helpful and polite!

The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I didn't like being held hostage for carpet install with having to purchase a pad I didn't need. Didn't like having to commit over the phone with dictating my credit card number instead of just paying at the store. Didn't like that the installers only have a 2. something rating. I can see trouble ahead, but I'm over a barrel now.

The store was clean and easy to find merchandise, just need more help at the Service Desk

First off you can’t find anyone who works in the right department to be able to actually help you! I had to load up 8 boxes of tile by myself (I consider myself a strong woman but was having difficulties). A random other customer had to help my load them! Then I’m struggling to just push the cart with 8 boxes of tile and a toddler and multiple “employees” pass me and see I am struggling to push the cart and just keep walking by. When I finally get to check out I asked for help to load in my car they send the smallest person possible to load them that I had to help the guy load the tile in my car. I’m sorry but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very helpful.

Cashier at self service didn't acknowledge me. Went to load young man came my way. I greeted him. He left carts and went inside. Didn't even offer to help me with 6 cases of water even when I was parked in handicap.

Some of the employees either hide away when you need help or ignore you. And there are a few cashiers that are very rude and disrespectful.

Always love to go this Home Depot very pleasant store.

There are always plenty of knowlegable employees available to assist and if one doesn't know an answer they will quickly find another associate who does. Always friendly and efficient.

this the worst experience delivery i have . they block the entire day, stay at the gate 10mn and show up early in the morning. the driver are incompetent can not understand direction, this is 21 one century with technology, this is ridiculous. stop hiring people uneducated. They charge you 100 dollars for delivery the most expensive in the city and yet they can not deliver, and they act like they do you a favor. people working at home depot need to understand buyers spending tremendous amount of money write their pay check second day they schedule delivery NO SHOW NO CALL. 1400 HOUR ,I DECIDE TO CALL THEY SAID HO "SORRY DRIVER CAN NOT DELIVER DUE TO RAIN, SOMEDOBODY COULD HAVE CALL AND LET ME KNOW, A BILLION DOLLLAR COMPANY AND THOSE C SUCJER CAN NOT ORAGNIZE A DELVIERY .THIS IS PATHETIC,

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Store was well-stocked with a great appearance, which made my overall shopping experience very memorable. Way to go, Home Depot, and in particular Lysa and JD!

The store is above average in inventory and helpful employees. More are needed with Patricia s attitude because she makes you feel like you went to the right place and made the correct decision by buying Home Depot products.

I think the service is great whether its the employees on the floor or the cashiers. Great service and customer appreciation. Stay the way you are.

felt very comfortable shopping there compared to another competitor where I felt it to be a ritzy store by the look of the inside. I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

I plan to write a formal response to HD Corporate. Each one of my visits to this store has something negative about it. Attitude at the service desk, lack of assistance in the store, a simple check out using a store credit. The customer service is non existent. A disabled vet not receiving help to load heavy building materials. A woman not receiving help to load building materials. All of this is beyond comprehension. Over the last 6 years I have built from the ground up 2 different properties, and have spent 10’s of thousands of dollars. My last visit to the Brenham HD, today on August 15, 2020 will be my last shopping experience to this store.

Have been to several Home Depots, this one has been one of the best. Always clean and organized

Most of the time I have to help myself because the associates are not willing to assist. They are busy talking to each other or having to call another associate on the radio to assist because they don’t work that area, after calling another associate they still don’t come. I’ve walked out the store empty handed before because no one came to assist me.

Everyone that I've ever dealt with in our Brenham store has been helpful,kind, and courteous.On Easter Sunday we had a emergency situation come up at home and we were fortunate they were open. During this crazy pandemic time,they were there when we needed them and I'm really grateful.

Visited this store during Covid19 time span. Appreciate cashier Kaizha. She immediately moved us from one line and took us to another register for speedy service. She was knowledgeable of and implemented appropriate precautions.
