Awful customer service from the lumber department. I came in to get 10 boards cut and Billy in the lumber department was extremely rude, muttering under his breath the entire time about how he doesn't have time to make cuts. He angrily told me five separate times that it was 25 cents per cut which I repeatedly acknowledged and confirmed was acceptable. He also refused to assist me in getting the boards off of the shelves, saying "you bring em here and we'll cut em". In the end I was so put off by the blatant hostility that I left and purchased my lumber elsewhere in town.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a new Whirlpool French Door refrigerator. Charlene was exceptional! It is so hard to find good customer service these days and she went above and beyond.

You have great employees who go the extra mile. Very friendly and willing to help. The store is by far the cleanliness and kept in order. Very safe oriented, witness a ground person control the fork lift driver today, small but when it comes to safety, nothing is too small. really enjoy coming to your store. Keep the good work up.

It was a dreaded project: replacing the bathroom faucets on both sinks in the master bathroom. I loved the style which had been purchased years ago at another chain. When we walked into the department we were amazed to find our exact faucet rebadged with another brand, but the identical style to what we owned. Plus, they were a reasonable price! On top of this wonderful discovery, an employee saw our bewildered look, asked what we needed and instead of giving us general directions, walked to the product, picked up the plumber's putty and handed it to us. We were impressed! Now the only distasteful job was to install the fixtures! Thanks, Home Depot!

I had a couple of shopping experiences at this store that put me off. I needed to exchange an item from another Home Depot store and this store is closer to me. Exchanged item, no problem. Everyone was so helpful and also cheerful. Big difference from earlier shopping experiences! I will make this store my first stop from now on! Thanks!

This Home Depot, like all of them, always has what we need. What makes this one exceptional is the customer service team, the cashiers, and the willingness of the staff to help. They are all usually polite and friendly.

90% of the time I can find what I'm looking for and I like the " mature timers" the are always helpful.

Store was neat and clean. I spend a lot of money in the garden section. More ads for the garden and flower dept might draw more customers into the store. I would recommend that you pull the Agent Orange out of the store. Now it is called Round-Up but it is killing me from when we used it in Viet-Nam. Store has a great lay out and is easy to shop.

good selection (If its not blocked off so the forklift operator can drop things) If you always wanted to be cashier this is your chance, no checkout personell available so try to get all that lumber thru a self checkout aisle

I went in Saturday morning to wrap up a yard project. My husband was out of town and I was trying to surprise him by finishing our flowerbeds. Shay and the crew in the Garden Center greeted me warmly, then she walked me over to the aisle I needed and helped me talk through the project and my budget. She even called another employee to confirm we were choosing the correct product. Shay asked Bruce to help us load the mulch, and he was awesome! He even carefully loaded it into my car. Jacob, the cashier, was kind and personable as well. It was such a refreshing experience!

Store prices do not match online prices. Inventory counts are inaccurate and employees not only seem to not care but are aggravated when pointed out to them.
