The store is always clean, employees are extremely helpful and I’ve been on multiple occasions. Signage is clear and it’s easy to locate what you need.

I always recommend this store. They want to get it right, and have gone the extra step many times to do that for me. One time there was a glitch, and they went above and beyond to remedy that. I have always found the workers friendly, the store clean, and help available when needed.

This Homedepot is very easy to get in and out when youre short for time. It is well stocked too.

Staff at desk are clueless as to financing options. “Financing only applies to promotions”. No smile. No yes sir. A haughty reply when asking what to do. Denied me conversation with manager, instead carried on convo with manager on phone in front of me. Not happy

The employees were friendly, but I presume that the corporation feels it is more important to station 2 employees at self-checkout area rather than have one at a regular register. The employees behind service counter offered little help but to point me to the self help area. They were helping 2 people, with at least 3 employees behind counter. Maybe they could have offered to check me out after servicing the others. I realize there are a limited number of registers, but I resent having to self check.

We love our Hometown Home Depot. ALL the employees are always very friendly and always helpful with our needs, no matter what the project is. We wouldn't shop anywhere else. They're awesome. Thank you Home Depot for doing it right!

I am working on a building project. I have needed materials in lumber, plumbing and doors. I visited rival store with pen and paper to compare prices. Home Depot prices have always been lower for basically the same products. Friendly service, clean store and lower prices is why I shopped at Home Depot.

I went to this location to buy a microwave. I had exceptional service from Doris in the check-out in that after I chose my merchandise, Donald had instructed me to go back to the front and wait for him to bring the merchandise. After I had waited there a while without even asking Doris paged him. I had not complained about the wait or anything because he had told me he had to use a Ballymoor to get it because it was so high. They both apologized for the wait and explained the delay which I hadn't perceived as a delay at all but I did appreciate how in tune they were with their customers. Exceptional service from both. I was able to get assistance as soon as I entered and as soon as I got to the right department.

Outstanding service and care.

Purchased a refrigerator on Sunday and wanted it installed. I was informed only curbside delivery was available and since I was without a refrigerator I decided to take it home with me that day. The refrigerator would not start and showed an error code CO E. I contacted LG customer service by e-mail received no reply Monday. Tuesday I called and finally spoke to local repair company and was told they would have a tech call me on Wednesday. The tech called and said he would have to order parts and could not get it repaired until Monday.I went back to Home Depot and requested another unit. There was a floor model exactly the same. The manager would not authorize a swap. I felt this was very bad service. The store did give me a full refund....I purchased the same unit at another store.

Excellent service, I ordered a storage shed online. Was told it would be available within 2 hrs. Received shed and receipt within 15 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

I've been to a lot of Home Depots in the past year or so. I enjoy coming to this one because its always so clean and full of items. I can always get what I need here.

Clean store ! Convenient for shopping in rural area !

My residence is about equidistant between this and another Home Depot. I have shopped at both for at least 13 years and have always preferred dealing with the employees at the Brenham location. Not only am I usually greeted at the door as I arrive, but, most of the time on arrival, an employee will inquire if there is something he/she can help me with. In all those years, I have never received such treatment at the other HD. Today, there were two occasions where I needed assistance locating an item. Both employees were quick to provided accurate information. While I prefer self-serve checkout, today's was a little more complicated. Checkout though the cashier (as is always the case here), was a breeze. Being a shareholder, I'm obviously quite pleased to see the employees treat their customers in this manner. It not only reflects positively on the company as a whole, but on this store in particular. The extra effort seen is quite appreciated. Y'all keep up the good work!

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. I tried to buy a refrigerator from them. The associate in the store didn't want to bother with ordering it for me, because I live outside the free delivery area. She told me I needed to order it online, because it would take her too long to set up delivery. I did, but the form defaulted to the wrong address. My refrigerator was actually on the delivery truck, but they had the wrong address. I spent 2 hours and 3 minutes on hold, trying to talk to someone. I have screen-shots and recordings to support this. I opened a second line and called the 1-800 number for Home Depot. She could also not get anyone at the store on the line. I finally had to give up and cancel the order. After three weeks, I still hadn't gotten a refund. They can charge you instantly when you buy it, but can't seem to give you a refund. I had to call the 800 number, again. The girl I talked to said it wasn't their fault, they were waiting on the vendor to process my refund. Apparently, Home Depot doesn't actually sell appliances anymore. They just process orders for companies that do, but they don't tell you this.

We always are greeted with a smile and are helped by staff when needed. This store is our go to for home improvement and gardening! We visit the store several times a month and always find what we need.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A TOOL CHEST THAT WAS ON CLEARANCE. THE BRENHAM STORE WAS THE ONLY STORE THAT HAD IT. I WAS UNABLE TO GET IT TRANSFERRED TO A LOCAL STORE BUT THE BRENHAM STORE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND ALLOWED ME TO PREPAY AND MOVED IT TO WILL CALL. I SPENT LESS TIME DRIVING THE 60 MILES THAN DEALING WITH THE OTHER STORES.

Store personnel are generally knowledgeable and friendly, and the store is clean and well organized.

The store is clean, people are polite and it has most basic products and necessities in stock and properly shelved and organized for customer convenience. However, because it's a smaller Home Depot, likely because of the size of the community, my biggest issue is it simply can't stock a lot of products that larger stores can stock. For example, I needed a Delta tub/shower mixer and faucet kit recently, although any of several Delta models would do. When I went to the website to see what was available, I was surprised to find that there wasn't much available at the store in what I was looking for. I had to make a two-hour round trip to a College Station Home Depot to get what I needed. I had a leaky and corroded faucet assembly and didn't want to wait to order it in from another store. I also own a large dog and like dogs, but I have a problem with large-breed dogs, particularly Pit Bull Terriers, being brought into the store by customers recently. They are a dangerous breed and have no business there. I know the manager is working to deal with that problem of pets in the store. Help is usually good and cashiers are quick and courteous, although older employees generally are better as far as product knowledge and going the extra mile. This isn't always the case, but generally speaking it is. For example, I was in the parking lot trying to lift some concrete bags in the back of my truck. A couple of young employees walked by me, but another employee about my age saw me and stopped to help. When I had a problem I felt worth reporting, the store manager called me back right away and I felt very reassured he was really listening and genuinely interested in getting the problem resolved quickly. Altogether, I think it is a good store with a few challenges that most anyone in the retail world is having to deal with these days. Compared to some of the other older, in-town home-supply stores, the Home Depot is much cleaner, better organized and better stocked with the exception of some specific items you know other stores in town have that Home Depot does not carry. It also has tool rental.

Well stocked but avoid if you need help! Shirley in Customer Service was RUDE! I used to love this store but the service is so bad. Asst manager helped but did not get the feeling that bad behavior would be addressed. Disappointing.
