We are done shopping at Home Depot. Their policy on military discount STINKS!!! My husband served in the Persian Gulf war and was honorably discharged, has veteran status on his state issued driver's license, but it isn't good enough. In my opinion, anyone who can prove that they have served our country honorably should deserve the right to the discount. They have lost our business.

I was extremely happy with the help I got in the plumbing department, I’ve never changed a faucet before and Rabecca knew right where the part was that i needed, a shark bite connector with the shut off valve, times two!! Jeff in the paint department was extremely helpful with a can of ooops paint I picked out, even added some blue to it to match the tiles I had picked out for the bathroom!! Thank you Rabecca, Jeff and Home Depot!!! I need to build a small deck, that’ll be my next project when I have the funds to do it!! See you then Home Depot!!

Even though the BS Store is smaller, I will only shop here because of the employees! Ann, Scott and Bruce are so very helpful and make my trips so easy and quick. Other stores are not like this one. Thank you guys for always helping me out.

The Blue Springs Home Depot is a pleasure to shop at. Lots of help, good prices, and we like the ability to use our Home Depot credit card.

This is the second time this year we've had outstanding customer service from this store. In both cases the employees went above and beyond. The first time was last January when the appliances we were buying were not arriving as scheduled. The store manager did everything in his power to make that a pleasant experience for us. Now, just today, as I'm laid up with recent ankle surgery, we went in to buy some things and ended up with our own personal shopper. He worked in a department we were shopping in, but ended up helping us secure other items and then check us out at his computer. He then insured we could get the delivery and time we wanted and finally, went out of his way to help us load everything in our truck. He not only went around the store with me locating things on our list, but just was overall, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Employees are friendly. Checkout lanes are fast. My only issue is online inventory numbers are off from what's actually in the store on certain products.

This store definitely has excellent employees who are very friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable. The store itself very clean tidy lots of sales people to help you definitely a Home Depot that is ran right!

Usually a very good store. Sometimes a little hard to find someone to help you. It might be a good idea to have a call station for customer help as regular service areas are often very busy.

Very friendly and educated staff also love there holiday deals

Website quantities available NEVER match what is actually available in the store. I often arrive to find the item that I am looking for completely out of stock even though the website shows they should be there.

Good place to shop

We always go to Home Depot for our supplies and other items. The store was very clean and organized. Staffe was very helpful!

Our experience was awesome. Not only were the personal extremely helpful but they were amazing. They were knowledgable in the department and helped the decision process and ordering a breeze.

A massive amount of people who do home improvement projects, do this on the weekend. From my point of view this is when I would have some people on the floor that can help customers. Just to find a warm body in this store on the weekend is a major challange.

Easy to fine things

No one to be found to help, needed decking rail lumber, pushy cart boy insistant on putting carts back and was rude and expected people to move out of his way. Did not have soffit , facia trim needed, Had to use ways and means to get a tool off the shelf because no one around to help.

The service desk is rude and employees are poorly trained. Had to make 3 trips to install a toilet. Said it had everything but then no line and then had to go back and was sold wrong part. Women at service desk said they could not combine store credits that were issued 20 minutes apart. Self check out woman threw away my store credit with money still on it! Horrible customer service!!!

A special thanks to Deborah in appliances, Jennifer (the manager on duty 7/12/19 at 5pm), Sandy and Becky at the service desk. Even thru all the frustrations my wife and I had during an appliance order fiasco, the four of them did an excellent job, listening to our expectations, frustrations, and offering solutions that would work with us. They provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That is something that is in short supply these days.
