It sometimes takes a while to find an employee that can help, but once you find them, they are always more than helpful.

Cashier was friendly and out going.

I had a bad experience at the rental department where I was not able to use one of my Perks but when I complained to Fred Brown assured me he'd make things right.

I have shopped this location due to a change in employment location. I was there on November 14th and then again on November 22, 2022. Michael was very helpful on both of those visits. There are other employees who helped me on those dates, unfortunately I did not get their names. The store is very clean and well stocked and everyone I encountered was friendly. I will make this store my new shopping destination although I only work in the area and do not live in Blue Springs!

Had a $50 pro extra reward to use. The cashier did not know what it was or how to ring it. The manager could not get it to ring either. It kept saying coupon offline. This is the 3rd time I have had a reward and they have had problems getting it to ring. I ended up not getting to use the reward and was offered no apology from the manager. She just said I need to get the app it works better. I shouldn't need the app when i can pull it up on the website. Your cashiers and managers need better training on how to ring these and how to troubleshoot any issues. This is all after the lumber we needed wasn't in stock so we had to pay more for a longer piece and we gad to go through almost a whole bin to just find 5 pieces that weren't warped. D

I bought 4x4x8 cedar tone posts for 5 dollars less than competitors.

Really needed washer and dryer. Found exceptional sale. Had help from employee to help make good decision based on our need. Free delivery oh yes!! 10 year warranty. Very happy with purchase and salesperson that was not on commission.

Love when employees approach the customers and offer their assistance rather than the customer having to hunt down the employees for help ! Great store and great team of employees !

I bought a washer and dryer set.

I was having a hard time finding the right paint color that I needed. Jordan at the paint counter went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed. When the first color wasn’t quite what I was looking for he worked with me until I was very happy with the results!

Ordered 150 paver bricks for pickup the next day and four bags of potting soil, paid for them and was guaranteed they would be ready. My son got there at 4:45p after working 9 hours himself in foundation repair and the only thing that was ready was the four bags of potting soil even though they said the order was ready, my son had to personally count out the 150 pavers, put them on a flatbed and personally loaded them himself with a help of someone who worked there that he had to go track down in his truck.

I am 62-year-old women that need to install 4 new steps off the outside deck step frame and steps, Grant helped me explain the process I need to do. My cheaper way was to buy one board and cut it into 4 pieces for steps. Other store acts like you are bothering them if you have a question. not Grant he was helpful and pleasant. Then was checked out by Ann and she was all smiles and very pleasant. When I left, I thought I would only come back to Blue Spring Home Depot. Great experience

Had a little situation and needed some previously purchased paint recolored. MG, Christine and Liz all were so helpful; but MG was GREAT!

Lauren and M.G. we're amazing to work with helped me in so many ways. I was at the LS location where their employees didn't help me out at all. These 2 employees were so incredibly awesome and I walked out smiling from head to toe. The staff at the cashier station also did a wonderful job helping me put my heavy 2-5 gallon buckets in my car and a can of paint.

I'm renovating my home and the employees here have been super helpful from Jillian on the Pro Desk, to Chris who greats you at the door, Mick in Plumbing and Rex in Electrical. Even Mia is awesome if you need help checking out!

I just purchased carpeting and pad and wasn't aware beforehand that the cost INCLUDES installation! Great deal! Thanks Home Depot!

My experience at the Blue Springs Store #3024 was very pleasant and the people are very friendly and very willing to help. The store was clean and the shelves were stocked full with merchandise. Also the parking lot was clean of debris and not all cluttered, this was very nice to see. Between the stores abundance of merchandise and very helpful people, I would definitely shop here again.

Was not willing to refund my visa gift card in the form of anything but store credit. Ridiculous, insulting, unprofessional, and just plain bad!
